I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant has a good breakfast, and the bar is a great place to stop for a couple of beers. There is a free shuttle from the airport.

The shuttle service was fast and reliable, the food was good and the room was good too. Bit old fashioned. Only three stars because we came as a group of travelers whose flight got cancelled, so we stayed for free for a night. Dinner and breakfast included and the dinner was a joke + the service guy wasn't nice at all. At such a high stars hotel you shouldn't give the guests the impression that they're parasites :)
The place was OK. Seen better Marriott hotels than this. While fully functional the bathroom required some repairs (tiles lifting of the wall etc)

They treated us fatally since we arrived, the worst dinner, and to top it off we went to the bar to pay and what we were going to do was follow a stupid blonde waitress like herself thinking that we were going to escape if paying. The room the air conditioning did not work and the stove could not be turned off.

Fantastic soaps in the bathroom, bus stop 39 which brings you to the zoo in 20 minutes. Vicinisimo to airport, but quiet rooms. Free shuttle. Breakfast booked irrevocable, 19 euro each. I had to cancel and rebook on another booking site.

It is really great here, everything is right and the beds are great, which just has to vote for me. A little inconvenient is the location, it is relatively far from the city center are about 24 minutes by subway and also a shame I find the some employees unfortunately despite English and German a not so good. But these are only small things, that's why I get 4/5 stars
The proximity to the airport makes the house attractive. Unfortunately, construction work was in progress for my visit. So you can not get an ideal picture. The rooms are spacious, clean and modernized. I was surprised that there is no aircraft noise. Unfortunately I can't say anything about breakfast either because I had to tear down very early. But will do this on my next visit.
Different than the Courdyards in the US. This is a nice hotel with great service, clean, and friendly staff.
Room near the elevator was so loud. I should have known better. They had remodeled the second floor, new carpet smell in the hallway and redone room. They clearly didn't spend any of the budget in the elevator nor sound insulation. Heard the planes until they stopped around 11pm. Staff was great and most spoke English, which is a help for me. Will try the Radisson next time.
Christmas in a relaxed, quiet atmosphere, with wellness and massage! At least that was our plan when we booked our stay!
Unfortunately, the previously booked and confirmed massage was canceled, which was an essential point of the trip was obsolete. Unfortunately, we were informed of the cancellation only on request, after we had waited for 15 minutes in vain for the lady.
So then sauna and pool! The relaxation room directly by the pool is borderline! If then also directly next to the beach chairs the air conditioning is and makes noise, like a decrepit tractor, also here the relaxation!
Then just a bath! Unfortunately this was not cleaned properly and therefore did not invite to a relaxing bubble bath. At our request, the housekeeping was indeed commissioned to accept especially the bathtub ... Unfortunately, again only with a rag wiped, so that the soap residue border was still available and we have inevitably waived a bath. Every housewife knows how to remove such dirt marks! Also the coffee and tea in the room was not refilled!
At a 4 star hotel I can and can expect something different altogether! As a bottle of champagne does not help as an excuse!
The breakfast buffet was rather lower average.
The Christmas menu is very good!
The Christmas brunch was quite good overall. Unfortunately, there were no fresh salads and the hot food was exactly what you could choose in the Christmas menus anyway.
Unquestioned to be seated with strangers does not correspond to our idea of relaxation and tranquility and not of customer orientation and hospitality - sorry!

This is one of the few hotels where late customers can ask to have the Sauna opened 30 min more ( till 22:30) to unwind and relax after a hard. And the staff response ? I ll take personally care of it . ... No matter whom you ask, very very much appreciated. It is walking distance ( 7min) to the airport and all rooms have 4 layers of soundproofing glass so a good nights sleep is guranteed !!!
The service is friendly and the food (except for the Schnitzel ) is delicious and does not take too long.
Old style but very beautiful. Clean. It has carpet in the room. It has an iron and an ironing board. The shower is a bit strange. Breakfast very abundant, varied and good.
Somewhat dated furniture. Good parking in the hotel's own underground car park. Swimming pool and restaurant belong to the hotel. The hotel is located directly in the approach lane, a few hundred meters further begins the runway. Accordingly, one hears during flight operations between 6 and 23 clock despite double glazing the arriving aircraft clearly. Room rates clearly too expensive, here you include the name.

Great breakfast - hot, cold, European, American. Nicely renovated rooms. Pleasant service.
Seminar over two days, lunch on Saturday was okay, Curry was not but still very good. Lunch buffet on Sunday, what can I say, no label for allergy sufferers, potatoes warmed up several times, I mean, they had a bowl, dessert from the bucket of canned fruit, no vegetarian salad at the buffet.
The hotel is in Ok. There are much better, but it is located directly at the airport. The service was good and the reception was well staffed
We were only there for one night and the rooms were good. However, the service is in need of improvement z. B. the breakfast buffet was only slowly refilled, as well as the bar the wrong drinks brought, also I expect for a hotel of this category that the used plates at breakfast in between cleared and unsolicited coffee at the table. On both the staff had to be pointed out.
Nice hotel right on the runway and still quite quiet rooms thanks to the good glazing. Underground parking and shuttle bus to the airport at fair prices. Good connection to the city center. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet is rich and good. The staff very friendly. We were only there for one day and very satisfied. Spa and boutique we did not use in the time.

Location:
Only 500-700m from the airport. Can you reach super on foot. The S-Bahn is also only about 5 minutes walk away. I chose the hotel for a trade show visit and it was definitely the right choice.
Room:
Very comfortable queen size bed. The best is the big duvet! Glorious.
The bathroom has been great. Did not miss anything. Only a free water bottle was missing.
Breakfast:
Very extensive and varied. A coffee machine is also available.
Will definitely come back.

Super Holel for one or two nights with professional service and a good breakfast
WARNING: Breakfast is not included. When entering breakfast area, they will ask for your room number. I didn't think anything of this since most hotels include breakfast. Went to checkout, and was charged 19 Euro! It's not like I ordered from a menu and they served me. It was the same self service as other hotels. They should have told me at check-in, or at entering breakfast area. It's a tricky practice, and I won't return just for this reason.

Spacious rooms, especially the executive ones on the 2nd floor, good restaurant. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the airport, a nice stroll after a long flight. The gym is closed until 7am because of noise, which is disappointing if you are jetlagged, wake up early, and want to stretch a bit, but it rains outside. Recommended for business travelers.

Excellent property near the Hamburg Airport. The rooms we had were beautifully renovated and had AC that worked well and having stayed in the heatwave in late June, we were grateful for this. Very clean room and comfortable beds/linens as you d expect from any Marriott property.
There s a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport which if you have a lot of baggage, you d want to take advantage of. It is walkable but I would not suggest it for most. We walked over in the evening to find an outlet adapter as we had just arrived and forgot ours.
They have a lovely spa pool area and saunas as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. Cute bonus: mini bags of Haribo gummy bears on your pillows!

Near to Hamburg Airport friendly staff clean hotel and easy access via metro to city love it
Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the advent brunch this year, the staff saw us at the entrance and ignored us for a few minutes until we drew our attention.
The selection of food was in contrast to last year significantly smaller. The zander was extremely crusty and the poor goose was allowed to die twice as dry as it was. We are very disappointed because for the price of 33 per person you expect much more. Unfortunately, the buffet was unfortunately nothing this year.

Very old fashioned. Outdated furniture. There are more modern hotels. Rooms are nice and cosy with aircon, fridge and with TV. Has the usual amenities like kettle and ironing board and fridge in room. Bathroom isn't maintained over the years and you can tell by the sink basin and shower floor. First night the toilet seat had stains on (disgusting). The double bed is a good size.
Customer service is excellent, can't fault the complimentary shuttle service!!!

Courtyard Hotel Hamburg Airport one of the best hotels we have visited, everything is right here, service, cleanliness, breakfast and green surroundings. We will be back.
A very nice accommodation near the airport. 1a Facilities of the hotel, which has a swimming pool, sauna and relaxation area. In addition, for the sporty guests a gym. Since we should be at the airport at 04:00 we booked without breakfast. There is airport shuttle service but we wanted to go. It's just under 1 minute to the departure desk. Come again.
