I definitely recommend this one! Nice rooms, nice personnel everything was done with style.

Quite disappointing experience.

Key thing a business traveler expects from a hotel is a quiet room to recharge batteries.

This hotel is being renovated at the moment, room decoration was spot on as could be seen in the pictures, however the room was extremely noisy and faulty. The ventilation system broken and hence the room chilled, the bathroom tap broken and what s the worst: the elevator making huge noises. If you end up placed in the room in front of the elevator which such noise, guaranteed a slepless night.

The good breakfast and fresh omelette doesn t compensate the number 1 thing we expect of a business hotel: sleep!

Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff. The rooms are very neat and clean. The food was also very good. The shuttle service is great.

I liked the facilities, but I didn't like the restaurant food, the pasta is horrible and the carpaccio the same.

Hotel approximately. Nice relaxation area with a swimming pool and saunas. Room service at a high level. After renovation, rooms can be included in 4 *. Unfortunately for breakfast all hot dishes are fried. Like a large selection of meals, but every day exactly the same. The afternoon offer of the restaurant is not impressive. A good place to stay for a few days.

Rooms are clean, but old. Service is good, nice employees. Wi-Fi is fast enough for the standard things, but can be unusable in the evening, depending of the number of people in the hotel. Food is expensive for the quality, also the parking garage is expensive for hotel guest (13 euro/day).

Pool is very good. Good transport connection. U-BAHNHOF ca.200 meters

Lovely room, the restaurant was very nice and we had the loveliest smiling waitress. On request we were provided a high chair.

We also used the pool and sauna facilities. Warning for non-germans. I think it's etiquette to enter the sauna naked with the towel under for sitting only.
The pool area was very clean and well decorated. Howrver the pool was quite cold but otherwise really nice.

Very clean big room, great soundproof. Easy access to the rooms. Free WiFi but unsecured. The hotel has also a restaurant with very good quality and variety of dishes. To remark, it also has a fitness room. There is shuttle bus from/to the airport so often. Really recommended.

Normally not my price group, but an emergency at the airport caused me to unexpectedly stay here.
I was pleasantly surprised, since EVERYONE was extremely courteous to my well-being.
Room with all comfort, air conditioning makes a hammering sound on 2nd level, which is sure to fix.
No aircraft noise to hear.
And yet the breakfast should ALWAYS be included, 19, - are a blast!
I will definitely check in again!

I'll be honest, I got an executive suite, so the room was great! The staff spoke English, so that was nice. Restaurant has a very limited menu but found tons of options within walking distance.

Great room, nice hotel with Tiefgerage, clean, but the breakfast was chaotic. Clearing the tables, refuel etc.

This hotel is a super hotel in the immediate vicinity of the airport. The night sleep there and the next morning I can recommend to anyone. The beds are good and everything is very clean. The prices are very good for this standard. There is also an on-site shuttle that can be ordered from the airport. This does not cost anything extra! Altogether very recommendable!

Hotel is fine, but we were very upset that after dinner, they came behind us to pay for drinks, when we were staying there, it was very uncomfortable and the dinner they put us was worthless.

Full hotel! Both for meetings or to visit Hamburg, although it is quite removed from the center, however it compensates for its breakfast and restaurant service, they are worthy of mention. Hotel highly recommended next to the airport.

The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is good and high quality. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a sauna area with steam room and ice fountain.

Pleasant hotel. Close to the airport. Metro station at 300 meters. In 20 minutes you arrive in the center. Rooms renovated, clean and functional. Very friendly and efficient staff. Decent breakfast. I would stay there again.

I loved this hotel, very laid back and quiet. Right next to the airport, free shuttle, which I love. Check out the restaurant if you get a chance, excellent burgers. Tried to find the gym, couldn't find it, only drawback

My experiences are addressed to the guests, who inevitably have to stay overnight due to a flight delay in this hotel. Transfer from the airport to the hotel was every 10 minutes. Arrived in the hotel we got our room and a voucher for dinner, everything worked out wonderful first. On this voucher there is no menu card in the hotel restaurant, also on request not, because stop over airline. The hotel is already a bit old, but with large rooms and good facilities, soger an iron is in it. A transfer back to the airport, there is only every half hour, a request why from the airport every 10 minutes and back half an hour was hard countered by the front desk, that you have to adapt the hotel order and not vice versa. From me 3 stars

We had a corporate meeting in the Courtyard and a conference room and a dining room used. Food was good, service perfect. Very recommendable.

Restaurant is too expensive for the medium quality and small selection. If you get a new room it is very comfortable

Very close to the airport, you just need a couple of minutes to reach which was perfect after a long trip. It is located in a very clean and calm region where you can have fun by just walking.

Very friendly and polite staff. I come to Germany every year for Wacken Open Air and have stayed in a few hotels. This one was lovely and very close to the airport. 5 stars from both myself and my partner. Thank you Courtyard! Will be sure to come back again :)

Very good price-performance ratio. Everything top also the pool and sauna department.
The bar is well stocked, the bartender really friendly and reliable.

Good hotel and setting. Does not feel near an airport inside. Outside there is occasional plane noise. Buffet stops at 2200hrs but they can close early if no diners so don't leave it too long. Shuttle service to airport or 12 minutes walk to check-in.

Nice hotel near the airport .. There is a very good shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately, there is the former excellent valet parking in the garage only limited.

Very close to airport, friendly staff, bar and room service operational even during COVID season.

The hotel is clean and comfy, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, it s near the airport, so it s a good stop to recharge after your long trip. Yet the service is really very slow , we have to call them 3-4 times till we get our requirement!! Which is not excepted from Marriott hotel services. And Shockley they get us expired toothpaste !! And when we complain they told us that we have to buy one ! Hoping to have more improvement in their room services. Thanks Marriott team

Great hotel, nice staff but the food in the in-house restaurant is rather bad than right. As good as the hotel staff is as bad as they are in gastronomy.

Awesome hotel in a classic building. Great restaurant and bar. The rooms are spacious and not overpriced. Check-in is easy and friendly. The parking garage is underground and has easy access. Best part is that it's only a few minutes away from the airport.

Just let your legs dangle and feel good.
If renovated is also like 5 stars.

There is constant shuttle to the airport very close. The breakfast is very nice.

I had a quick lunch in the Concorde restaurant. The food was delicious, the service attentive and the ambience tasteful, which I like.

Had booked for our holiday "Park & Fly". Everything went smoothly, feeder on time, very nice and helpful. When returning within about 5 minutes after the call, the vehicle was at the airport. It was after 10pm and we were greeted very friendly and nice. Even at this time in the restaurant for us a great dinner fresh and very tasty prepared! For the service, there would have to be a star more, because here too we were served at such a late hour excellent and super nice. Thank you, always happy, when our journey starts again from Hamburg. By the way, the rooms are very nice and a visit to the spa really makes the stay complete. A holiday can not start and end better. Here you feel as a guest all around well and welcome.

Rooms are tired and small. Great proximity to the airport so good for an overnight stay and that is about it.
