Nice hotel with courteous service. Shuttle bus to the airport.
Fine food and extensive breakfast buffet.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The staff of the hotel and it's restaurant were polite and happy to help. Both dinner and breakfast was fine, in general the hotel can be recommended

nice hotel in the airport (3 minutes by car, 14 minutes by foot). Friendly staff, good food, generous rooms with safe (quiet despite airport) parking directly at the hotel in the underground car park. Public transport connections either superhighway or subway to reach super. Small cozy spa with 3 saunas and swimming pool. Unfortunately no massages were offered, but nevertheless comfortable, clean and well arranged.

Sleep, park & fly for a fair price. Good restaurant and pool incl. Free shuttle to the airport 2 minutes away.

simplicity; we were quartered here late in the evening after a flight failure; I would not book privately!

Rooms were a little old fashioned but clean. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Free shuttle to airpost as well.

We stayed for one night in the courtyard as our flight was canceled. Overall a nice atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast the next day was rich in choice, but the scrambled eggs and sausages were not sooo awesome and the juice was not great, so only 4 out of 5 stars.

Hotel near the airport. Metro nearby. Clean . Spacious rooms. Moderately attentive staff but the essentials are there. The catering is not the best for this category of hotel. Gym and spa access. Good stay overall.

Nice hotel. In my opinion, something impersonal and relatively expensive.

Not friendly staffs. Even the general manager keep on saying "If you need anythings please let us know". When i actually make a complaint; he would like to argue and replying with irrelevant answers. What a shame!!!

Actually a nice hotel and despite the airport, thanks to excellent soundproofing quiet. The food was outstanding, the service was too. But at the instant attitude it suffers something. In my room, the reading light on the bed was not and the TV showed a flickering picture in many programs. There was also a technician who looked it over. The light was repaired, TV did not work out.
A flop was the gym. This is very small and the bike trainer makes such loud noises (presumably an imbalance in the camp) that it can only be endured with headphones. Arge security concerns. I would not recommend to use; here should be inverstiert once in new devices.

The star is given to the Restaurant. What they called "Spanish buffet" is one of the worst meals ever had.

Room are outdated. Typical German style in the service. I was there before a flight overseas. They gave me a room on the top of a party they organized. I could not sleep. I had to call twice the front desk to get a room change. AC was off because it was "winter". Just an excuse to save money!. The second room they gave had a spot of blood on the sheets. Disaster!

This hotel went above and beyond any of my expectations. I had to stay there because my flight got cancelled and the airline had told me that I had to pay for my dinner and that breakfast was included but because of my early flight the next morning I wasn t going to be able to have it. Instead the hotel gave me a voucher for dinner and organized a special breakfast only for those leaving early. Also I called in for some toothpaste and was delivered right away. I really can t speak high enough of the service.

Very clean n friendly customer service. Me n my family stayed here 4 the weekend. Good location n very quiet especially since it's very close 2 the airport.

Turn off the car and reach HAM airport in a few steps. Thanks to the QR code, parking is done quickly. A shuttle service is included.

A very nice hotel. Everything redone. It is best to order the Natchos with the beer.

Entrance and the breakfast area looks all clean and inviting. The facilities look very high quality I can not say more because I have not seen.

Have only booked the parking on parkplatztarife.de to park near and cheap at the airport. Are only 800m to the terminal, this is a free shuttle (a fairly new Ford Transit Custom) offered where I prefer the short run run. So far always very friendly received without waiting.

Classy hotel with reasonable prices. Breakfast plentiful. Unfortunately, the staff on Sunday morning a bit overwhelmed, which has on the friendliness affected.

Let's face it : you'll only come here if you have to stay near the airport. Otherwise you just love to be in the middle of nowhere.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, our daughter with three children (one with special needs) as well as we and 12 pieces of luggage (longer stay abroad) were very carefully transported with two shuttle trips to the airport, even the boss was not too good with the loading to tackle! Otherwise appealing ambience, nice bar and breakfast area, well soundproofed and even within walking distance to the airport and the public, cheap PLV through reopening discount. Conclusion: we would book again!

Nice, comfortable hotel close to the airport (within walking distance ) with a free airport shuttle that also serves Lufthansa Technik Basis if requested. Although the hotel is located beside a runway, there is no noise issue. The room I had was small but not cramped and very clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. However, breakfast buffet is on the expensive side but there is a choice of buffet.

The meeting rooms are bright and in order. The restaurant offers acceptable food.

Although open, the restaurant is under renovation. Otherwise recommendable as it is in close proximity to Hamburg Airport.

Nice staff, but just nice. Restaurant cannot be recommended. The schnitzel was very good, but the fillet of beef that was ordered medium was more English and it was rather cold than warm. Next to us the table was treated in a friendly manner. But they also had a 4-course menu, probably the friendlier service. Breakfast was a disaster. The warm things were cold and kept for a long time, even though we were there at 8:30 a.m. The sausage already had a dark edge and everything looked really unappetizing. Really a shame, because we are most looking forward to breakfast at the hotel. The pillows were unfortunately too small and then too hard for our taste. All in all, we will unfortunately not be able to recommend this hotel.
