Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Review

I always go, but it was a truly safe and stable service.

Flat pillows, bed hard, all round blocked views, isolated, location . Overall, not worth the money paid. Staff attitude ok but lose to Amari Watergate, Inter-continental, Holiday Inn, Grand Hyatt, Centara Grand, etc. Gave two stars cos room is spacious and clean. December 2018.

Has a tuk tuk service which you can use to get to nearby bts or mall

We were just here one night but had a nice stay. They upgraded our room. Room service took forever and they undercooked our burger and we had to send it back which took more time. But at least the room was nice and clean. The huge bathtub was a bonus.

This is much nicer than the typical Courtyard in the USA. Clean, modern and quiet. Features an executive lounge with a balcony too for elite members. Internet is blazing fast. Free shuttle to BTS and two stations within walking distance. There isn t much going on right around the hotel itself. Breakfast buffet is OK. Service very good all around.

Nice room, nice gym (24h access) good breakfast buffet, the street leading to hotel was a bit quiet but is probably good for people who appreciate a quiet neighbourhood.

Me and my husband for the night, I would like to complain about the breakfast it bad and cold! hotel for this trip, thai food, I want to recommend to this hotel, Well, Gonma, veggie, this hotel, he doesn't look at his own shortcomings, but he keeps guilty of guests who have stayed here, whether smoking in the room or not, and then paying more money to make money into the hotel?

Very bad experience, I book double bed but provide me a twin bed, and the front desk staff said that it was my agent fault even though I show my hotel voucher that twin bed is booked.

Hotel staff is really good, polite and humble. For Indian food there are very less options

Located central to many shopping centers within walking distance. Food selection for breakfast is good. Our room was supposed to be upgraded because of gold level however peers who have seen the room feel it is the same as thier. Provides ample water bottles for drinking when you ask. Security at driveways, lobby doors, and the elevator requires key to get to appropriate floor. 15th floor lounge offers breakfast and happy hour with premium western liquor for gold member patrons. Serves Pepsi and not Coke in the lounge.

The room were not at its good condition towards 4 nights we stayed, many technical issue with water pipe to light switch. Not a great stay for us.

Recently renovated into a majestic hotel. Pretty upmarket. Lots of restaurants within also.

Love this hotel and nice place to stay when you are in Bagkok. Near with BTS station, Big C supermarket and Platinum mall for shoping, but not many culinary arround this hotel.

Great hotel, very good location, personel is very polite, gave us a tasty drink, while we were waiting for registration on reception.

Nice hotel,staff is polite and helpfull,always there is a TukTuk service to BTS and if you call to hotel and request TukTuk you can use to go back to the hotel,delicious breakfast

Hotel good, staff is very slow and not helpful, forget some items in the room and went back a day later to find them but cannot locate for very long time- disinterested to help after check out.

Nice play to stay both of vacation and business travellers as it is right in the center of central Bangkok district. Also, very close to two different bts lines.

Poor experience here...front desk staff not professional; not appropriately responding to complaints. Requested items not prepared as promised. Even though the room rate is cheap, this is the hotel I would definitely not stay again.

The staff here are only new people or how I asked. Asked 2 things and waited 2 minutes I asked 3 things. Let me wait 3 more times. Wait 4-5 minutes.

Great hotel. What I was expecting of Marriott. Food was very good compared to other places for dining.

Excellent hotel! Big clean room, quiet place, nice pool. Great breakfast. Very convenient location, near the Skytrain, Sukhumvit Road, several shopping centers. Of the minuses - the deposit, which is returned only after two weeks.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Room initially had faint wet odor, probably from carpet cleaning. Executive lounge open 24 hours for those with Marriott loyalty status or staying with qualified packages.

We had a wonderful stay at this Courtyard! Originally booked a single king but they were able to provide us an upgraded 2 queen room. Service was exceptional: every question or concern was attended to immediately. Staff greet you with a smile at every corner. The rooms were clean, smelled great, and roomy. We d find towels folded as animals, chocolate, weather cards, welcome letters, etc which provided a personal touch.
We also made use of the concierge executive lounge. There was an expansive appetizer selection, dessert, fruit, and drinks. There s an outdoor balcony seating area as well! Included with my status was free buffet breakfast. Wowza, this was quite the spread!! Made to order egg station and noodle station, several Thai dishes and western options that change daily, fresh fruit, juices/smoothies, and other standard staples. There are several convenience stores within walking distance.

I love the place, ambeience and the locations. Altough it's quite hard to find moeslem decent meals. The only option that I saw on breakfast buffet was either it's pork menu or vegetarian.

You can't deny the age of the building, but it tells you that it's the history and grandeur of this hotel. The inside of the building is well-cleaned, and the staff are calm, and it is thought that many people can serve excellent customers with a customer-first attitude. The location is convenient, close to the train station, but in a quiet location on a side street from the main street. However, it is far from convenience stores and shopping streets, so those who have necessities should buy in advance. It is recommended for those who want to stay in a good and quiet hotel.

Rooms are smelly
I asked to change rooms because my room was smelly. They moved me into a different smelly room. I had to sleep with the covers over my face

Bangkok is not a fun place. It s hot, crowded, dirty. As a solo traveler I felt very unsafe unless I was with a paid tour.
I got targeted for an intricate gem scam, (google it) and spent a couple hours at the police station.

Been coming back to courtyard many times over the years. The experience have always been the same. Friendly staff, efficient services and good clean environment. The location is a short walk from chitlom station but they have a free tuk tuk shuttle service to take u to and from the hotel. Always enjoy my stay there.

Wonderful service! The house keeping us good, the front counter is good. Very comfortable environment for a holiday. They even provide tuk tuk to drive residents to the nearest bts stations

Hotel staff service is first class, there is a trip to BTS station

Location is near Chitlom and Ratchadamri BTS stations. Need to walk a bit but manageable. Hotel provides free tuktuk shuttle to Chitlom which is nice.

Introvert friendly quiet number of guests less than nearby hotels

I used it for 3 days during Golden Week.
Walk a bit from the nearest station but there is a free pick-up service (Tuk Tuk).

The room was well serviced and there was no place to worry about it.

During the stay, I used the fitness and pool facilities. I also felt a sense of cleanliness here.
(There may not be a lot of people using it)

The response of the hotel staff was also very polite.

Cospa was very good because the price was reasonable.

We will revisit if there is an opportunity again ~
