Stayed for five nights at this hotel. Room is big and the king size bed is comfortable. Hotel has a cafe serving buffet meals and room service is available 24hrs. The hotel also provided free tut tut service to nearby BTS stations. Highly recommend.

A convenient hotel very well located in the middle of the Bangkok shopping malls area, recommended.

This hotel was wonderful. Great, helpful and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet and really nice executive lounge with a great view. The hotel was also walking distance between two stations on the BTS. Room was clean, though perhaps not the most spacious. Service reacted on the spot when requested.

Centrally located to all the malls and train system. Its worth it to upgrade to executive lounge access gives you buffet style breakfast and evening drinks.

The breakfast is good. Otherwise the location is not very convenient as need to walk quite a distance out to the bts and malls.

The WORST customer service ever!!!!!! I reserved 2 rooms 2 nights with my Marriott points and both were gifted to my friends and their elderly parents who are almost 70 years old. The lady named Tikky, who worked at the front desk that night, insisted that my friends need to pay for their stays instead of checking in under my reservations. I called the front desk multiple times to verify my Marriott account information but Tikky still doesn't believe this is my Marriott points. She kept telling me the owner of the account should be a male instead of female. I told her I don't know where I can look up or update that information but this is my account and my points for real. I gave her all my account information including email, phone and address linked to account but still she said either pay or leave, which sounds so rude to me. She added that my friends "agreed" to pay but in fact, my friend's parents were too tired to find another hotel because they have physical conditions. They had to pay in order to stay at this hotel. Tikky doesn't care at all about me filing complaints to Marriott and she basically told me over the phone "go ahead please". After that she even mentioned the word "security". I believe she was trying to say either your friends pay for their stay or they leave the hotel otherwise she will call security.

I called Marriott customer service to open a case and as I was told by customer service, my friends should have no problem with checking in under my reservations because the reservations have their names. My friend went back to the front desk to see if she can re-check in with my reservations and get her money back. Tikky, at the front desk, told my friend to have me call customer service to verify my information again. I did as what I was told and customer service did call Tikky several time to confirm nobody is using my points fraudulently. Unfortunately Tikky told customer service they're not making any decision until the general manager comes back to work on Monday, which is 2 days after.

My friends already checked out the hotel this morning. Till now, the case is still open and no one from the hotel has responded to my case yet. Marriott took my points and the hotel took the money. Basically we paid twice for a very unhappy hotel stay.

I am Platinum member with both SPG and Marriott. I have never had any experience similar to this. My friends and their elderly parents are in Thailand for sightseeing. The fact that they had to spend hours at the front desk trying to convince Tikky makes me so sad and speechless. My friends felt not being respected. She guessed maybe they were discriminated against because they are Chinese. I don't know if that's true, but I believe my friends were not treated well because Tikky was very rude to me as well over the phone.

I 100% don't recommend this hotel. I wish I could give zero star.

Typical Marriott hospitality combined with Thai warmth and care!

This hotel is only a few blocks from the Main Street in Bangkok. The location is close to many shops and restaurants, but is not as close as the bigger Marriott Properties.
The room are well apportioned and the layout is excellent for 1 or 2 guests.
The lobby restaurant was great and the prices are low, like all of Thailand.
I look forward to my next stay in Thailand, which will likely include this hotel.

It is convenient for children because it is close to the center and there is a tuk-tuk transfer to the nearest station.

Hotel very good organized, clean at all places, personal very helpfull, food - breakfast finest, dinner from MoMo Restaurant was good and never cold, even the Pizza very tasty and good sized.
Negative I found is the prizing for beer and beverages as well the snacks - specially for kids can be more real recalculated/reduced and also more products in their small shop in the lobby.
At all we was very happy here and will come again.

Very centrally located, walking distance to the big shopping malls and skytrain/BTS. Friendly staff, nice room, fast wifi... everything is perfect for a city visit in Bangkok. Will come again for sure!

I'll take a little more money and go to the Mae Maquinpana Renaissance. Lounge with tuxed service and courtyard.

I just returned 2 days ago from my trip to Bangkok and had stayed at this hotel. Very convenient and excellent services. we stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. Besides the convenient location, the staff there are so attentive and caring. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Location not too convenient. There's no convenient stores nearby. You have to walk out. Rooms are decent. I asked to change room and was given a room that was on lower floor, ventilation in the room is bad. Ac temperature either too hot or too cold. Compare to other Marriott Hotels not impressive.

The village of Sara has delicious papaya salad, delicious grilled chicken in front of the village, so invite everyone to eat very tasty.

MOMO Cafe is open again, including their wonderful breakfast spread. Normally a very large and diverse buffet, including excellent egg and noodle stations. Now it s choose as much of whatever you want from a menu, including pastries, fruit, eggs cooked to order, coffee, Asian dishes etc. Even at the normal price, given the variety and quality, it is very good value for BKK. But currently it s B200 all up. Note, it s breakfast, not brunch.

Uncooperative and not tourist friendly. Items got stolen from my room but hotel simply refused to help with a smile and asked to lodge a police complaint. Stayed for 2days and it sucked. Checked into another fantastic hotel close by.

This is amazing hotel in Bangkok!! Wonderful hotel!! The location is great so you can walk to the shopping malls and station easily!! When I visited so beautiful for Christmas decorations!! Fortunately I got my room upgraded!!! So I could use the lounge!! It was amazing!! The room was clean and modern so it was really comfortable!! The most impressive thing was great staffs!! They are really smart and considerate!! Always take care of guests!! Especially staffs in lounge were amazing always smile and give us nice care and time!! I used the gym! Good machines with pool view!! I really and totally enjoyed this amazing hotel!!!!! I will visit here again for sure if I had a chance to come to Bangkok again!!! Enjoy!!

One of my favorite spots in Bangkok. Great location just about equidistant to Chit Lom and Ratchadamri BTS Sky Train stations (free tuk tuk service is available to Ratchadamri). Easy walking distance to Siam Square and Central World. A couple of stops to the shopping at Nana Station in Sukhumvit. Nice pool. Nice gym. Nice restaurant with several options from 10-15 USD. The Green Curry is wonderful and could easily be shared by two if not ravenously hungry. The executive lounge on the 15th Floor is open all day. Light meals are served in the morning, afternoon and evening. Happy Hour is available in the evening as well. The view from the executive lounge at night is great.

Best thing about this hotel is the service. It is always friendly and prompt and courteous. I've visited this hotel on business and also as a traveler on bicycle. You might expect that when arriving by bicycle in the heat of summer that you might receive a less than enthusiastic reception, but just the opposite. The staff remembered me from my business trips, made special arrangements to see after my bicycle and made my stay as comfortable as when I visited fully suited.

Rates are great. There are a couple of Marriott properties nearby that are nicer with slightly better locations, but for the rate and the exceptional service and amenities this hotel is hard to beat.

It is a good hotel, but there are a lot of Chinese and Korean and it's noisy.
If there is even one Chinese, the lounge is so noisy that I can not help it.

Nice four star hotel within walking distance to major shopping mall like Centre World, Paragon, Centre Chidlom etc. It is near to MRT station as well. Has a simple but generous executive lounge (pictures) and good breakfast spread. This hotel is popular choice of China tourist group though.

Very close to city center and inspite of the location, the neighborhood is very quiet. Upscale rooms and facilities are provided

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. Have a swimming pool, a gym, a restaurant and a spa on its premises. The pool and the gym are free of charge.
