Slightly off the main street but overall good location but lacks food choices

Medium, good location but just average restaurant. 1. If you want an advanced hotel experience, this is not available here. In the courtyard series, the meal is only medium, and it cannot be compared with the courtyard in Taiwan or Japan. But if the cost is high for a family or there are elderly people, this restaurant can be considered. 2. If you want a great accommodation experience in Bangkok, I would recommend Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit or st.regis. Otherwise, it may be better to choose a new local design hotel in Bangkok. 3. To me this is an unattractive hotel.

Nice rooms with great breakfast and location in Bangkok

This hotel is little small but the employees are very kind. And also you can use a free Tuk Tuk.

Although this hotel was tugged at the end of the alley, it was very easy to locate. Only a few minutes walk from BTS Ratchadamri.

Check-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly.
The room was not very huge; the bed was soft and comfortable.

Whilst not the most the best Courtyard I ve stayed, I felt this hotel had done very well in many areas. Great to have stayed here.

Tuk tuk service is pretty good; I've never had a breakdown problem. They will take you to the Ratchadamri BTS all right, but to which precise location seems to depend on whether you've luggage or not. Without luggage he would not drive to the escalator even tho I specifically asked for it. Said 'cannot do'. With luggage not a problem, went right there. The difference is only a few hundred feet and a long climb, but when it's 95 F out, it matters. Getting to Amarin area not a problem. Hope the escalator there is soon fixed as of last Jan.

Service otherwise pretty good including room upgrades with availability. Lounge good but small in size which can mean a somewhat noisy atmosphere at times. Limited food offerings compared to 5 star places, but this is compensated for by generally mid-range prices.

So far the best hotel we stayed in Bangkok for the past two times. Although hotel location is not so close to Central World, but they provide TuTu to fetch you to Amarin which is very close to Erawan as well.
Hotel breakfast also very nice. Everyday we get to taste different foods. Not like other hotel which everyday having very similar foods for breakfast.
Room for us being upgraded in our second stay to a big one. Appreciate hotel front desk for their great service during our stay.
Will go back there for our third stay in future.

Location is a little off the road but if you re willing to wait their tuk tuk service is great. Rooms have a little musky smell to them but overall great value

Nice hotel, cozy and spacious room. Good deal executive lounge package. Free Tuktuk shuttle to nearest BTS station was the highlight.

The hotel is classy. The rooms are spacious and well.maintained. it is near the malls. There is Indian option in breakfast which is good.

Great place to stay in Bangkok! Front desk and concierge staff is very friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. During check in, the bellboy brought the luggage up to our room for us. There is an infinity pool and gym available - recommend trying out the pool! It is fun to be surrounded by the other buildings in the Bangkok skyline. The room was very spacious and clean.

Location is convenient for BTS Ratchadamri Station and Chit Lom Station within walking distance. The facilities are clean and there are no complaints. There are few people in the pool (accidentally?) And it is nice to be able to use it widely.

With regard to the tuk-tuk service to and from the nearest BTS station and hotel, once the driver tried to get on the train from Ratchadamri Station, the driver was strongly voiced that there was a reservation.
I decided to walk in vain, but I saw a passenger tuk-tuk entering the hotel. It is a pity that the Japanese TV channel is only NHK WORLD.

Momo cafe needs a lot of work. Service was non existent. However, service was charged to the bill. Terrace barbeque was sad to say the least. Staff looked like they would rather be somewhere else. I think they need change of management. Everything was wrong.

There is a distance to walk under the scorching sun because it is a little far from the station.
The staff is smart and smiling.
The hotel is not so big and rather compact, but comfortable to stay without any problems.

Excellent location, near the Sky line, it also has an approach tuk tuk and if you program or call it, they will look for you.
The service, as in all of Thailand, is very cordial. The facilities are good, we really enjoyed the pool, but the bartender wasn't always there. Breakfast was one of the best I have seen ... in addition to the typical continental, it has seafood, food and typical desserts (delicious), it is the most varied I have seen!

Location of hotel is good. Close to local market, Metro train and bus stops. Staff is courteous and friendly. Room is also good and have good space. Though my check in was delayed by front desk but its acceptable sometime.

I go back again & again because price and loyalty pays because their lounge is small but warm. A bit tucked away from Erawan junction and Skytrain, so it's not favorite for typical tourist groups - which makes it even nicer for me.,

Nice hotel but the location is very far from Siam if you are planning to walk 15 minutes. If you take taxi or BTS is ok.

Nice place, location is perfect near the Ratchadamri station, the lounge is also good - special thanks to Lob, nice guy and very helpful - does even speak some German!

Breakfast is around 1000 yen and quite a variety of foods are available. All types are difficult to conquer.

Loved Marriott....delicious food and hospitable staff. Loved it.

I would say Decent,,but their Momo cafe is best, lot of options for vegetarians too.Although Reception staff is little slow, but room service is fast. Pool area and gym i loved the most.
