Super Great experience with Bob Jordan in Parts Dept on 3/28/15. He was extremely helpful regarding a host of questions and problems I was having with my 2011 Jeep Overland. We discussed everything from Transmission filters, pan sealant to proper trans fluid to octane for fuel and additives. I walked away fully informed and armed with printouts and parts numbers and descriptions. He never rushed me or oversold, (but did a nice job of suggestive selling). I felt he really cared about me as a customer and was willing to spend the time needed to get all of my questions answered. Stellar job Bob, Tom my service advisor was very helpful too that day and sent me Bob's way with my questions. Tom always takes good care of me, and gets done on my Jeep what needs to be done. Al Brown has always done a great job on express oil changes on all of my cars. Thanks guys!

First experience with the service department, all good
Purchased a Jeep Cherokee here a few months back. Great place to do some shopping with helpful staff. Levi is the man! He went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect vehicle for myself. Threw the process he completely worked around my work schedule and made sure I understood all the paperwork and had it all prepared so I could make the process as quick as possible. On the final processings of the purchase he even stayed late to make sure that I had everything taken care of and had a vehicle to get to work. Was super timely on emails and willing to answer any questions I may have had. Also worked with Sydney out in service (had an add-on with the deal) and she went above and beyond as well to make sure I had a vehicle while my add-on was being installed and that everything was correct. They made it an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend and would go threw these 2 in a heartbeat!

Great service, I had a special order Jeep Wrangler with the new Diesel engine and since it was new, Jeep took a while to get it made, but Courtesy kept me informed the entire time. When it did arrive, they made sure to bring someone in right away to prep it so I could have it for the weekend. They have been doing a great job since, too! Highly recommend! Danielle in sales did a great job! Bob in parts set up my Jeep Wrangler PERFECTLY with a lift and wheels and tires, listen to what he says, he knows what he is doing!

I am happy to post my experience with this dealership how many ever years later. We purchased a used car mind you we have an excellent finance company. We purchased a vehicle unknowingly to us that a used car salesman recently divorced found on craigslist. How do we know he told us hisself. That would have been great had the car worked properly. We had had it flatbedded back to the Wyoming 4 times within 1 month. I informed my finance company they told them to reverse the sale as if it never happened. They did but they didn't want to return my deposit after pondering over the fact that they were taking something from me I contacted corporate they issued my check the next day. I hope they have better business practices in place because they were all around shady...with me!

2015 Review - Back again!
I've written several reviews about Courtesy CDJR over the past several years and it's becoming difficult to come up with new, positive expletives to convey just how good the folks at Courtesy are! I recently took delivery on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Joel Noe expertly managed the process from start to finish. He kept me informed about the overall process on a regular basis and certainly far more than I would have expected. I was pleased to find out that Joel gets as excited about the whole car process as I do! There's no question that Joel is a top notch professional who works very hard for his customers. I feel, however, that it's also important to acknowledge all of the other folks who make the Courtesy enterprise what it is as well. I feel privileged to know (on a first name basis, and in most cases last name basis as well) everyone from the owner, Laura, to the Technician who works on my cars, Nate, and almost everyone in between. I'm pleased to say that they are hard working, dedicated, friendly folks who take great pride in insuring that every customer encounter is a positive one! Personally, I feel like a "rock star" when I'm at Courtesy but am happy to say that I believe that most other customers are made to feel the same way based upon my observations while at Courtesy. There's no question that they function as "Team Courtesy" and I wish to thank everyone for making my (and other members of my family) experiences while at Courtesy the absolute best! No exceptions! Team Courtesy is the best!
2014 Review
Although I have purchased and serviced a number of cars and trucks from Courtesy CDJR through the years, my most recent purchase proves that the Courtesy folks continue to maintain their "edge" and stay heads and shoulders above the competition. My most recent purchase, a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was delivered to the dealership just before noon on New Years Eve, 2013. Within minutes of it coming off the truck, the New Car Sales Manager emailed me to let me know that the car was in. (It is important to know that he, Curt Campeau, personally handled the original order at the request of the General Manager, Ed Buck. Also, it is important to know that I have always been greeted and addressed by name by sales staff, service writers, mechanics, etc. whenever I visit the dealership! It is also important to know that I have observed many other customers receive the same treatment during their visits to the dealership.) After speaking to Curt by phone after the email, he agreed to have my new Jeep ready by 4:30 PM even though New Years Eve / end of month / end of quarter / end of year was one of those "chest pain busy" kind of days for him and his staff. When I arrived, I was greeted by Curt Campeau who asked if it "would be ok" to have salesman Phil Koetje assist in the paperwork, etc. in order to conserve "my time" in order me to make it to New Years Eve dinner with my wife and some friends. The whole transaction went very smoothly due to Phil's expert knowledge of his products and the paperwork process. Shortly after, I was taken to see my car in a warm, indoor environment after it had been expertly prepped, washed and waxed. IT WAS STUNNING!! The car groomers even took the time to ask if I had any questions about my new Jeep! Shortly thereafter, I met with the "F & I" gentleman (sorry, I can't remember his name but he was just as much "on top of his game" as the rest of the Courtesy CDJR team!) A few minutes later, I was ready to leave the dealership, but before going, Phil Koetje went over the car and all of it's high tech systems with me and patiently answered every question that I had no matter how trivial! (Most people would be watching the clock ready to go home on a Holiday evening but not Phil or the Courtesy team!) I can't say enough good things about the Courtesy team. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Thank you to all of the team and Happy New Year! You ROCK!!
Courtesy has been amazing, we switched from servicing our Jeeps at another dealership which wasn't meeting our expectations and Courtesy knocked it out of the park! We recently leased a new Jeep through them as well and I can say the sales staff and service staff are both exceptional!

We just wanted to say thank you to Del Contreras for all your help! We were not planning on buying a vehicle and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to buy one asap! We went in on a Saturday and Del was there right away helping us, he listened to us and was very helpful, never tried to push us towards something we didn't need or want. He helped us find a vehicle we loved, unfortunately we were unable to get that vehicle but Del worked very hard to find us something comparable (even a little better :) ) and we drove away Monday evening with our new vehicle!
So thanks again for all your help and making the process as smooth as possible! I highly recommend Courtesy Dodge to anyone in the market, we love our Dodge Grand Caravan :)

After I spent over three hours at random dealerships. Almost four hours in another one just to be turned down. My son and I were traveling along 28th St. I told him look at all those Jeeps. Someone in there wants to sell one to me. So my son age 9 replies " So stop in and find out. " Matt. One of the salesman met me at the door. I explained my needs in a vehicle and with less than two minutes we were walking across their parking lot. He was up front honest and opened the door to a brand new Jeep. I was so shocked by his aproach I thought yeah right. I wouldnt even start it due to knowing my credit, my trade and so on. After looking at it. We went into his office and filled out paperwork. I left for the day. At about noon he called me told me to come get my new Jeep.
Ladies and gentlemen I am here to tell you. Courtesy Jeep. Is the place you will want to shop and buy from. From beginning, middle, and end. The experience was really really nice. I was treated first class by Matt and all of his associates in the process. Above all I drove out of there with confidence in the product and satisfaction that Courtesy Jeep will be there for any issues that may come.

I bought a 2009 very clean and nice looking Dodge Charger. The next day it didn t work and I paid 5,000 cash!!! I drove it for one day and it died out, after it started the engine was knocking very hard and was loud. I hope they do what s rite and contact me for and exchange or refund or some assistance or Whatever need to get me back driving. I have 2 sons and went to this lot to avoid scams and these guys don t have integrity or respect for the community doing stuff like this

We were very comfortable with him and didn't feel as if we were being pushed into anything. This dealership really knows how to treat their customers.

A friend of mine traded in her 2006 Ford fusion with 192000 + miles. She was only given $500 for the car becuase they told her they were going to junk it due to high mileage. Not even a week later we see it for sale on there website for close to $4,000. The car is definitely not worth that price. Neither she or I now trust this dealership. Be careful on what you purchase here!!

Courtesy Jeep Dodge Ram in Grand Rapids impressed me. Rob, the service tech promptly got my car serviced with no problem. Every other Courtesy staff that I interacted with did an excellent job of being professional courteous and responsive to my concerns.
They had a beverage and snack area better than some hotels I ve been in. I also noticed the charging ports and internet computers.
