Super Great experience with Bob Jordan in Parts Dept on 3/28/15. He was extremely helpful regarding a host of questions and problems I was having with my 2011 Jeep Overland. We discussed everything from Transmission filters, pan sealant to proper trans fluid to octane for fuel and additives. I walked away fully informed and armed with printouts and parts numbers and descriptions. He never rushed me or oversold, (but did a nice job of suggestive selling). I felt he really cared about me as a customer and was willing to spend the time needed to get all of my questions answered. Stellar job Bob, Tom my service advisor was very helpful too that day and sent me Bob's way with my questions. Tom always takes good care of me, and gets done on my Jeep what needs to be done. Al Brown has always done a great job on express oil changes on all of my cars. Thanks guys!
