Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM has been my go to dealership for my past two lease purchases. I recently leased purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and LOVE IT. Prior to leasing the Cherokee, I had a 2012 Jeep Liberty and LOVED that too. I worked with Joel Noe and he was great! He was very understanding and accommodating and did everything in his power to ensure my needs were being met based on the parameters I had. He was very thorough in his explanation of my options. He was top notch and got me what I wanted! I've also had the pleasure to work with the service department, specifically Tom Williams. He has always treated me with respect and also takes the time to explain to me what is happening and ensures I completely understand. I've also had the pleasure of working with the parts department, specifically Bob Jordan. He too goes above and beyond to meet my needs. All and all the staff at Courtesy are great, they always treat me with dignity and respect! Although I live in Holland, MI, I continue to do business with Courtesy because of the personal attention I receive! I feel a part of the Courtesy "family."
