Always fantastic food. I'm always full but I know I want some of their banana pudding. When I make my order, I go ahead and order my pudding to go. It's the real thing.

Good food no matter what you are looking for. Great staff. Amazing live music on Friday nights
The Mercury drive location is my favorite Country's. The service has always been friendly and fast! Food is always cooked to perfection!
One of our favorite places to go when we are in Columbus.
The food is always good, the people are always friendly. The fried chicken is sooo good, the extra wait is well worth it!!
It's almost full seating, but before two or three minutes, they seat you. Rapid response from good looking wait staff. From the beginning they please you. Smiling service, sweet tea, and sensational food. It's located in a converted bus depot. I can remember boarding a bus for Milwaukee when I was 11 years old and accompanied by my 13 year old sister. Times have changed. Once you smelled bus fumes and now you smell wonderful, tender BBQ.
On fri/sat there is a LIVE blue grass band that plays. My party of eight was able to walk right in during dinner time and get immediate seating. The only item that i would avoid are the ribs, they are tough and dry, every other food item i've had has been wonderful, get some peach cobbler.
Whats the point ordering online and preparing for your meal if they are going to make you wait 30 minutes past the time they tell you to arrive. They have also given me the wrong order every time. Thumbs down.
We really enjoyed the Atmosphere of this BBQ place!! Great Bluegrass Music playing Live!! Lots of good food for a Great price!! Even though it was extremely busy, we got pretty quick service and lots of attention after being seated. I would go back again when we were back in Columbus!!
The pork and ribs are awesome! The fries are fresh cut and delicious. Corn on the cob was delicious and the whole ear is served. I go there every time I am in Columbus! It's that good!
Awesome experience. Food was spectacular! Waitress even forgot our conversation drinks and we loved it.
Ribs were not tender, complain and given a second choice bbq chicken which was ok
This place is so good! Service was excellent and the lemonade was to die for! Can't wait to go back
A classic BBQ restaurant with the deepest of southern roots and charm. Nearly everything on the menu is a must-have making return visits essential.
Come expecting something of a wait, as this place is justifiably popular with the locals, but rest assured, it is well worth it.
Waitstaff was very nice. Helpful and accommodating. Food is usually pretty good.

Always great food and service. Priced very reasonable.
In my humble opinion ,the best bbq in GA.great food ,and service. We travel 75 miles ,and it's always worth the trip.
Love Countrys, the last time we went; the service wasn't like it usually is.
Ordered bbq platter, ended up with more fat than lean meat, supposed to had corn on cob,but gave me regular corn that tasted like it had been put in a pan and roasted.i will not be going there ever again.
My kids swim and when they have a meet at the aquatics center across the street we always come here for dinner. They had a live band that Friday night and the food is delicious. Try the pie. The meringue was at least 4 inches thick!
Some of the best food I've eaten. Service was also wonderful! Will certainly be back.
Love it. Love the atmosphere and the food is delicious! Been going there for 40 yrs
I stopped by to get some food to go on my way to work. When I got there I was about the seventh person in line to place a to go order. I was there a total of about 20 minutes!!! The service was great. I ordered the hamburger steak, fries, and skillet squash. All were very good and they even put the onions and gravy on my fries for me. I also got a Pig tater to eat during my lunch break, it was very good as well.
Visiting from North Carolina and have eatin many southern cookin BUT this cookin was finger. lickin. good. I'm kinda picky with every item in a meal that I get. But every thing that I got was scrumdiliumcious! If you're looking for southern cooking, with hard to find how Momma makes it, sweet tea and great service you will find this place one that you'll want to come back for. Oh...and if you like banana budding...soo delish!
Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. First-time visitor but will not be my last.
It was great today. Had a friend from Atlanta who loves the veggie tray. Our waitress Caroline is fantastic. She gets it done and makes sure that you were happy. Good job Mercury Drive.
$90 worth of food and it was all cold and not the best. I love Country's but I won't be back to this one. Chicken tenders were very small compared to the other location's. Best thing was the collards.
Enjoyed my visit.Good food.Service was decent. If you order the steak sandwich make sure you are hungry.Bannana pudding is good also.
The all you can eat chicken is delicious, love the backfire sauce
Went to the Broadway location last night for the first time. I have been to the other 2 locations. I ordered hamburger steak and was told the wait time for it to be made which I was accustomed to. Our orders came out so fast I knew something was up. My hamburger steak was barely warm. My server said somebody in take out cancelled their order and I guess they wanted to pass me this one. What a joke. I was made a fresh one with fresh fries. Ruined my meal. This is not the way you run a restaurant. Be careful what you order. Yes they fixed it but I should've never been given another person's order. So gross.
So just moved out here. Finding new spots. I can say hands down one of the worse places I have been to.
My wife ordered the veggie tray. Her cabbage, collard greens, and the other veggie was like cold cold. When we told our waitress (Brittany) she rolled her eyes and became rude. She would take forever to bring us stuff. We aren t the couple to complain or be picky but this place was just a downer. We paid for a 40 dollar meal that neither of us were pleased with.
I was hoping to surprise my wife with this new spot that has great reviews. But between how long it took to get our food and how rude our waitress was it was a horrible experience. When we went to go pay and leave the waitress just held our card talking to people.
Brittany needs to not worry about having friends at work and focus more on her job.
Like I said we never do this. I believe this is my first review and I felt so strong on my opinion I had to share it.
I called in my order at 4:10pm today. I pulled up and paid at about 4:15. My food did not come out until 5:00pm when I finally called them and that's when they brought out my order. A 45 minute wait I told the waitress 'I hope its not cold because you all didn't bring it out until I called to let you all know I've ben waiting 45 minutes'. Her reply was "Have you paid?" and walked off. I was in total disgust. No sorry for your wait or nothing just "have you paid". I should have asked for my money back but I was too hungry. Rude and dismissive staffer.
Fresh lemonade! But the meat was dry and tasteless.
Country's has BBQ AND all your country favorites. Craft beers and good service.
Me and my husband absolutely love this place. Very nice, very clean, and food is absolutely delicious!
Good food with good friends and live music to boot!
Excellent barbecue and sides at reasonable prices! This is my favorite of their locations.
A little slow service depending on your order and Time of day food is ordinary
I loved it the food was delicious and the waitress was very attentive.
Food was slow getting out to us, but it was worth the wait!!!
Completely dissatisfied with their take out/pick up service, lines are extremely long with only one check out. If you are calling ahead and told it will be ready in 20 minutes, you shouldn't have to wait in the same line as those that are ordering, especially when the cashier has to go to the kitchen to see if certain pies or other specials are available. There is no air circulation in the waiting entrance and our last pick up order consisted of 90% fatty part of the brisket, sliced pork had a foul smell and collard greens were not seasoned nor fully cooked. Be sure to check your food before leaving.
Lunch after church was good as always. Service was Great! Wish I could remember her name
OMG the portion size was huge. I ordered the Bbq Chicken Platter and when the server brought my food, my husband and I near fell out of our chairs. Our server, Autumn was super sweet, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will be back tomorrow and Friday. And we'll be requesting Autumn - hopefully she's working because we're bring our son who is graduating from basic training Friday.
The WORST bbq in the world. The sauces were awful too. The waitress were very nice, attentive and accommodating but it couldn't make up for the bad food.
I go here about once every few weeks. Food's consistent, but wait for food varies widely. Sometimes I order and the waitress just has my food in hand when I go to give her the menu. Sometimes, I camp overnight and eat my lunch for breakfast the next morning.
I loved the way they're doing things now at the location off Macon Rd
Consistently the standard for Great BBQ inside Columbus, GA. Portion Sizes could be bigger for Sunday's Roast Beef with mashed potatoes Special but usually the slices are still moist and flavorful. The BBQ Chicken Platter is a half chicken smoked, and another favorite of mine. Beef or Pork BBQ prepared to your liking (chopped or sliced).
Loved the ambiance and decor in this place. I had the pork and collards with baked beans and everything was delicious. Baked beans were definitely sweeter style. I also had their lemonade which was delIcious. My husband had the poutine which wasn t my favorite but to each his own. Service was fast and friendly. My only negative would be that they ran out of barbecue chicken which I was really looking forward to.
Bbq is dry and cold when we went here. Table and floor is a little bit filthy. And the staffs are talking about their tips while we're eating!
It was as good as it looked in commercials. We drove 30 miles just to try it. Worth the drive.
Consistent Barbeque pork and chicken for decades. If you want something more southern, try the fried chicken and country vegetables. Looking for something lighter, they have great salads that you can top off with smoked meat. Even though I no longer live nearby, I stop when passing through.
Nice atmosphere and good service, but I wasn't completely impressed with the barbecue. The sides were good though.
Perfect experience for Southern BBQ..from the Georgian beer, fried pickles, awesome BBQ chicken and the wonderful pecan pie!
Excellent food! Done the right way. Very friendly service. Wish there was one where I live. Hope to eat there again someday.
