Stopped for lunch, Service was extremely quick and friendly, large portions, however the food seemed old and dry

Good food sever that i had today was not that good but usually the service is great.

I picked up a slab of ribs on the way home. We were so happy with them we picked another slap today...and took them home to Macon. My favorite menu item besides ribs is the chef salad . I love the smoked ham and turkey on mine with ranch dressing. Another good buy is a pound of smoked ham or turkey which is served chilled. Makes great sandwiches and omelets! I always carry out but one day I hope to stay awhile.

I have dined here since they opened. Its my favorite place to eat. Macon rd one is my favorite, but Main Street is usually where we go just cause it's closer to where we are going ! Yall try them both!

Some of the best food iv ever had in my life! Everything is good! Plus you cant leave without having there banana pudding, that stuff is dangerous!!

The food I had was okay. The prices are good for the portion size. If you have a hungry family this may be a good stop.

Came here with the Aviation Maintenance Technology class from South Georgia Technical College, Americus GA. We enjoyed it!!!

We had brunch there while visiting our son in Columbus, Ga. With the smiles on my family's faces, I would say they had a great time, and really enjoyed their meals.

Food is good if you want a home cooked meal....more than just bbq and peanut butter pie

We were told to eat here by the ladies at our hotel. This was the best bbq we have ever had. We are from Mo and we have Kc bbq here but nothing compared to Country's. The fried pickles were wonderful. you get a huge order of them and they are made fresh. The bbq was juicy and large portions for a very reasonable price. The service was great. very friendly and were great with our 6 year old. I would recommend country's to anyone traveling through Columbus ga.

I cant wait to drive back to Columbus and stop there again. The food is SO GOOD! The banana pudding is to die for!!!

I usually order the buttermilk fried chicken fingers and they are always perfect! Today I ordered the Texas brisket sandwich! Every mouthful had chunks of fat and the meat was not at all tender. I was very disappointed!

omg AWSOME!!!!!! Were from florida up for the hurricane. This was true great bbq.....9 on my nap meter....(normal persons 5 star restaurant)!!!!!!

Food was very good and so were the peices but our server was hard to get her attention and the pregnant woman at the Togo window was rude as hell

Went on a suggestion and glad we did! Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The barbecue ribs smelled amazing and tasted even better. The sweet potatoes with cinnamon and brown sugar are a must try. Drinks served in a mason jar went well with the down home country theme. I would recommend Country's Barbecue for all out of towners.

I am giving a 1 star review because a side of pickles and onion was over $4.00 with and order of sliced pork. That is almost half of what the pork cost itself.

My cousin and I had pork plates. Flavor was good but lots of fat. Waitress was great and we otherwise enjoyed

Went there today and was really looking forward to eating there! I ve been to the one on Whittlesey before and I enjoyed it! It was a packed house and as soon as we walked in my husband and I were turned off by the smell of the place it smelled like bad wet carpet or mildew or even a darn nursing home! Me and my husband looked at each other and walked right the hell out! If could give zero stars I would because I didn t even get a chance to eat here I hope they get that fixed sooner then later

My car broke down and we had to wait on repair. Country's was not even open yet and they let us take a seat inside to wait for them to open. Got us drinks. Real southern hospitality and wonderful food.

To me this is the best BBQ in Columbus and surrounding areas their cornbread and banana pudding are a must have for me!!

Is it just me or do others have the problem . Getting home with your . takeout and something is wrong with your order. Tonight I ordered and paid for a piece of Pecan Pie. When I got home -no pie. The staff seems to be more occupied with laughing and cutting up to properly address your customers. My address 4107 Sears rd Cols 31907. Some management is needed of those young people you employ.

Good food, excellent sweet tea, great service by staff, nice atmosphere for dining.

Never disappointed with country's. This particular visit there was an issue with the corn bread dressing not being ready but the waitress made sure to let us know immediately and offer another option. They ended up throwing in a dessert and they made the dressing for us anyway. Granted we waited a good bit of time for that dressing but they had a live southern gospel band playing which helped occupy our wait. Our food came out and everything was fresh and perfect to be honest The manager came out as we were finishing with the dessert and apologized for the wait. He also told us there would be no bill as he has it covered. I know stuff happens but he turned what could have been an awful experience into a very pleasurable one! We will definitely be back

My food was not good it usually is it will be a while before I get anything else from here.

We eat here 4 times a week , the food is usually great but hasn t been as good the last couple of weeks . Portions have been smaller , they leave the eggs off of my chef salad every single time , servers aren t refilling drinks , and apparently the manager on duty isn t allowed to touch the thermostat! If it s crowded it s not so bad , but twice in a week it s been freezing probably why there s only 2 tables seated . We are all freezing , food is cold because of the draft and it s chilly outside right now . Jim allow your managers to adjust the temperature when you aren t here . This has been a miserable visit eating while freezing and cold food at that ! I don t go out to eat to be miserable !

Barbecue pork sandwich--sliced--was excellent. Also had fried eggplant which was excellent, and of course sweet tea. Charlie Sheeks

The meat is dry and the commercial sucks. Need to quit copying other commercial (BLUE JEAN'S)

The bbq was perfectly cooked although underseasoned but its understandable for serving the general public. The bbq sauce sauce was good and they are generous with it on the side. The greens where fresh and delicious, the coleslaw a vinegar based one and I liked it. Everthing was good! Very satisfied!

Better than the north columbus and the downtown location. The waitresses are awesome and friendlier. The service is better. Food always comes out hot.

Best food I've ever had.... swear! Nicole was amazing! We were in GA 3 days and ate at Countrys 2 nights in a row... Loved it, wish we had once in Cleveland!

The tacos are awesome. Sweet teas pretty good and the appetizers are awesome, too. Go here.

The service was very courteous, and fast. Highly recommend!Very nice and welcoming staff. Was starving coming in, opted for sausage and two sides. Price is right, but i left a little hungry. Maybe i'll have to pay for additional meat next time or perhaps i was just out of my mind hungry going in.

I had asked the server if they had fatty brisket instead of lean. My first clue should have been the crazy look I was given. My platter no lie was nothing but fat and more fat. I couldn t believe it. My salad had nothing but lettuce no cucumber, tomato or even a single crouton. I came to this place 8 years ago when my son graduated BMT I thought it was a great experience and excellent food. Well now I m done I ll stick to my Florida favorite Woodpeckers.

Long time fans of Country s. In the last 6 months we ve had more and more issues with their curbside pickup. Tonight we called 37 times within a half hour before the phone was answered. We always order at least one pork platter and the BARBECUE SAUCE requested has been left out of the order too many times to count. It s sad that it s soon becoming not an option.

People are very friendly. Service was fantastic. Mabe the best BBQ I've had. We are working in town and have eaten there twice the brisket , red potato salad, and bake beans tonite. If i lived here i would eat there at least once a week.

My food was cold besides didn't got my salad and my other 2 friends got cold food one of them got wrong drink missing also sandwiches plus food was cold....
The couple that invite us there mentioned that couple months ago they got exactly the same experience..... I do apologize for such negative comments from my part but that morning we were driving through town and I was exhausted and extremely hungry...

Way over priced and the meat is full of cartlidge and fat. They dismis your request for no onions. Not worth the money at all.
