What should come free, pickles and onions for the pound of pork bbq, we had to pay OVER 4 dollars for the smallest order of pickles and onions. This is unacceptable. My family and I can t believe it. We are all going to write a review about this overpricing.

Wouldn t even give it one star actually. My husband had weight loss surgery last year & does not eat carbs. He ordered 1 lb. of pork & was going to eat part of it in the restaurant & take the rest home. They would not let him have it to eat at the table! They said it was to go ONLY. We had 6 people in our party so they lost a big sale because we got up & left! We went up the road to Denny s & got much better service. I ordered a bacon avocado burger there. They were out of avocado so, the manager went to a nearby grocery store & bought avocado for me to have on my burger. That is exceptional customer service! Didn t mind leaving our waitress a nice tip. Perhaps Country BBQ staff could learn from Denny s.

Absolutely phenomenal. Kelli was our wonderful server and even though she was beyond busy, she constantly made sure we were happy. We felt at home! Thank you Kelli, you're a doll! Oh and the food...so so so good.

28Jan19.. This Country's BBQ was not up to par. I normally go to the other Country's. This time, I had the cabbage and butter beams. They were not good at all. My tossed salad was missing. The beef and pork did not have any sauce. The wrong bread pieces were included. I ordered the conglomeration platter. Wasn't good at all. This was a very bad experience

We drove down from Atlanta & let me say DON'T waste your time! The fried pickles were soo fried none of the breading sticks to them & they were swimming in grease. We asked for the wings to be cooked crispy & the were as soggy as a wet noodle. The pork sandwich was covered in the most oddly colored slaw I've ever seen. The pork taste like it had a bottle of liquid smoke poured over it & simmered. The staff is so busy running around they were not attentive to anything! Country's I beg you to come to Atlanta & have some real BBQ. Not that indesgtion inducing stuff you're serving!! $55 wasted!! Couldn't make it out of the parking lot before writing this review!!

Messy faces all around! I love me some tender, fall off the bone ribs! We were going to go somewhere else when the lady at the AT&T store said this was nearby and really good. So glad it lived up to our expectations!

Food was awesome! First time dining and the experience was country and amazing. Miller is the best! Ask for her table. She will get you right. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu!!!! Great place to dine

This is my first time coming here and it will also be the last. My whole order wasn't appetizing. The brisket had more fat than meat. The baked beans where over seasoned and extremely sweet. The coleslaw didn't taste like it should. There were only two good things about this place. One is that the sauce was good, although we only got one tiny cup for a order that would feed 8 people. The second thing was that their customer service was great. Perhaps this is a great place for locals but definitely not great for a visitor.

The barbecue is good but don t bother with the fries or fried pickles. We gave them two chances but both foods were consistently bad. The fries are greasy and limp, no crisp to them at all and no seasoning. The fried pickles are mainly batter, the pickle slices underneath are so skinny you barely taste them, that is if they haven t been burnt in the fryer yet. If you like peanut butter, try the goober pie. Very rich. The employees are really sweet from what we ve experienced though.

Eating here today was a absolute disaster. We got seated at a dirty table, the booth was falling apart. It took forever for our food to come out and it didn't come together it was all cold.

The manager on duty came out to fix our order mine came back missing the corn bread. I was finished with my meal with no corn bread and no drink refill. This location really dropped the ball bad. Country's bbq isn't what it used to be.

Even though the meal ended up being free I left extremely frustrated. My pregnant wife wanted bbq for a lunch date and we where both very hungry.

The waitress nice. But after driving 2hrs to get there we were very disappointed. The tea was warm and the food was cold. The Pig Tater had to be at least a day old and cold. We've have eaten here before and it was very good. It had to be bad kitchen help this day.

My experience at country's BBQ today wasn't great at all. My collard greens were turned over inside my ribs under my sweet potato. The cashier also didn't ask what type of sauce would we like with the barbecue chicken platter. She also looked over a customer three different times and didn't give him his two large drinks. He had to go inside and interrupt her to ask her did she forget about him. She just didn't have the great customer service skills at all for a fast-paced upscale place like that.

I was disappointed today, the food here is usually consistent. Today the sweet potato souffle was watery and the dressing was not as good as I remembered. However the sweet tea was totally delicious!!!

The window service was excellent, staff friendly, very little wait at a busy time of day. All needs were met with friendly people! I used to come and eat there, but since my husband passed just about 18 months ago, I haven't been back, so it was my first time ordering food to go. I always love your vegetables!!! Thank you for a great meal after a hard day!

May I just say this is a Classic restaurant of Columbus that Big Red Rocker has been there since I was in kindergarten and I'm 38 years old.lol Always happy to bring my loved ones in and be serviced well at this restaurant with the most delicious Barbecue and Brunswick stew and let's not forget my sweet tea ..lol that I've ever tasted cross country. Maddy was our server to my friends and family the other day and 10 Stars goes to her, I didn't even have to ask for to go cup beverage .. I hope she trains the other ladies just as well ..Great job keep it up and we will definitely dine at your facility once again!

We got the conglomeration platter. The BBQ was cold and dry. We had to smother it in sauce to get any flavor from it. The cole slaw, corn bread and fries were good. The only saving grace was the chocolate chess pie with ice cream. Service was kind of non-existent too. They served dessert before I finished my meal. Would probably only come back for dessert.
