Now after I'm gone for a year I receive a letter from a bailiff for 48 inclusive of all charges. Corona sit still send invoices to my old adress this as a result. Sad society!

Alles gaat zeer goed en vlot tot er daadwerkelijk een schadegeval betaald moet worden. Heb een hondenverzekering en had 3 consultaties bij de dierenarts op hetzelfde papier laten invullen omdat me dit wel makkelijk leek. Willen ze geen van de 3 terugbetalen omdat de eerste binnen de wachttijd viel. Over deze wachttijd is ook heel erg veel onduidelijkheid, deze gaat niet in bij aanvraag. Maar nadat je een brief hebt gekregen, weken later waar opstaat dat de verzekering actief is vanaf dan.

Nu werd ik aan de telefoon door een nogal heel onbeleefde dame beschuldigd van fraude als ik mijn 2 overige consultaties, die overigens wel buiten de wachttijd vallen op een apart blad zou doorgeven.
Volgens mij krijgt mevrouw een premie minder als ze mij eerlijk uitbetalen ofzo.

Allemaal heel spijtige zaken als je hier dan ook al je andere verzekeringen hebt en er op jaarbasis best wel veel geld achterlaat. Maffiapraktijken zijn het...

Nu ga ik hier puur uit principe wel mee verder!

It is not possible to register my second-hand car imported and pre-registered from Germany online, according to Corona Direct. This was reported to me by telephone, after which I very quickly (the next day) received the same message by registered letter with an unclear explanation that I can now arrange everything myself.
Tried to get in by phone today 2x 30 minutes to get more information and to ask to try again with more data. Everytime after that waiting period, it turned out without any message. Not really what their website says: after 1 minute you will get a colleague on the line. Then just fill in the contact form on the website. Wait and see.

In the meantime I had also sent a message via Messenger. The next day someone responds with the question what he can do for me. I answer the question with concrete information. After that no more reaction. Shift finished? Not interested anymore? To difficult?

I can not recommend corona to anyone !!! Especially for a car insurance they just keep people on the line ... with the result that you are left uninsured!
You can contact several of their employees, they all know nothing about your file and can always explain everything from the beginning. Gangs of amateurs prefer to pay a bit more at a decent insurance company that does not leave its customers in the cold !!!

If you are dealing with Corona Direct on the phone good luck: - / you will have small childish manipulations "Hello, Hello ... I have more network where the line cuts - to know that the line was correct from the start until 'when we ask the questions they don't want to answer !!

It's a shame to get there and even more shame that their personal never answers your questions on the phone because for them what comes first is their discussion and not yours.

If you want to spread unnecessary stress read your insurance contracts and especially compare well with other insurance before signing.

Very fast and professional service. Very fast response time (by email at least) compared to other insurance companies (with others you have to wait for weeks). Staff is always happy to converse in english if the customer is a foreigner. Would definitely like to do business again.

The big mistake Corona Direct makes is that they constantly send out very advantageous offers, which are then used by the applicants to get the same price from their current insurer or at least a hefty discount.

For example, they do not have to switch, no administrative hassle (signing, canceling, scanning, e-mailing) and often they immediately receive an even more interesting counter proposal from their own insurer, without having to do anything further.

In any case, it always works with me!

But an insurer can only evaluate you when you have a CLAIM.
