I enjoyed my nearly 5 years working at Bodycare Clinics then Doctors Chambers when BC was relocated to Newcastle.

There was quite tight micromanagement of staff which lead to politics but I think this is just the consequence of a largish company.

I learned a lot about the medico legal industry and it was a great introduction to my medical career.

Absolutely appalling service! Have been waiting 4 months for an appointment to be booked, they have had to have my medical files sent 3 times because they kept losing them! In the meantime, I'm stuck in agony waiting for them to pull their fingers out and get things moving!!!

Absolutely terrible service, been to two appointme...

Absolutely terrible service, been to two appointments with one of these so called doctors after being in a works van that was rear ended and written off by a HVG. The first appointment I was in with the "doctor" for around 3 minutes his examination was stand up look up, down, left and right that's it soft tissue damage you'll be fine in 5 months, at this point I'd had 6 sessions of physio I had a further 8 sessions of physio and nearly a year later I'm still struggling. My second appointment consisted of being cross examined by another "doctor" who was telling me its been nearly a year since the accident you should be feeling better now, I wish that was the case, through out the appointment I was made to feel like I'd done wrong not someone who has done nothing wrong and suffered for near on a year, I left the appointment feeling completely up tight and stressed out only to receive a phone call two hours later off the doctor asking me to confirm my name which I did she then said matter of factly did you know you had a medical today? I said yes I had it, she said you came? And put the phone down on me!! Unbelievable lack of professionalism and manners.

I had a car accident in 2017 and it's still not been resolved thanks to this company. First two medicals were with an old GP of mine then they contacted me to say my next appointment was with my current GP, so that was cancelled. Had my third appointment today hoping I'd get some clarity on the situation, but the doctor told me he was going to send me for tests. Two years I've had to put up with this lot, terrible service and I will be contacting them to make a complaint. My accident was totally straightforward and because of Drs Chambers it's dragged on and on! shambles!

Having passed instructions to the medico-legal industry for 20 years, including dozens of instructions to Drs Chambers, I can say with some certainty that Drs Chambers provide far and away the worst service I have experienced. The delays in some cases are approaching years. Efforts to chase matters up are met with hostility. Of most concern is an (apparently) outstanding voice for an xray commissioned 5 months ago - for which I am yet to receive a radiology report. Without warning Drs Chambers advised me that they are withholding a medical report (months overdue and subject to a court deadline) until I pay the fee for the xray.
