New owner of Stack-On Safe (which moved to Mexico 2018). Tried repeatedly to contact Cannon via e-mail, 800 number and local number to ask how to get Stack-On parts, and IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone,at any time, in any way. Had to replace all of my Stack On safes (4) with Liberty Safes, who at least answer their phone. DON'T buy Cannon or Stack on products!

Have a Cannon safe that experienced some issues with the keypad and lock mechanism. I contacted Cannon and they got back to me with a bunch of trouble shooting questions. Once they determined it was a lock issue, they sent me replacement parts at no charge. Great service and I'm back in action. Thanks Cannon.

Horrible service, my safe was defective from the beginning and after 3 months I am no closer to getting it repaired. I just keep getting the run around as I endlessly call their help desk hoping for progress. All I get are broken promises. Anyone need a 700lb paperweight?

My safe locked me out on May 3rd. I called May4th to open ticket. 1st a rep got into an argument and belittled my husband. I'm guessing thanks to that we have been given the run around and still nothing. It's now May 25 and the only reason I got a response from customer service is because I'm sending multiple emails. Very unprofessional. At 1st the excuse was covid is delaying everything. Now they tell me they need more info when I've already sent what they wanted and was told on the 14th it would be expidited to their locksmith. Total BS with this company. Good luck. Hopefully your safe doest break or lock. You out.

I had an issue with a product that was purchased under the Stack On name. I had an issue and left a terrible review on Tractor supply's website where Cannon safes left a reply to contact them. I did so and they never wrote me back! Great customer service!
