Please don t buy any property from them. I don t even know where to begin... Bought a brand new condo and been having issues with my unit since day one. Still have lots of defects and issues with so many things after living here for 3 years. HVAC break down every couple of months and we had no heat for weeks. In the winter.
I don't even know where to begin. So many problems in our almost brand new building (boiler room, pipes, elevator, door malfunctions, the list goes on...).
Oh, and when the building was brand new, they didn't put big mirrors in the parkade around blind corners, which is extremely dangerous, and wouldn't agree that it was a deficiency, so we/the strata had to raise money for it via special levies in order to ensure everyone's safety. We/the strata also had to raise money via another special levy to make sure only people with fobs could get onto the floors (the elevator was a free for all before that).
100% would not buy anything from them ever again.
