I don't even know where to begin. So many problems in our almost brand new building (boiler room, pipes, elevator, door malfunctions, the list goes on...).

Oh, and when the building was brand new, they didn't put big mirrors in the parkade around blind corners, which is extremely dangerous, and wouldn't agree that it was a deficiency, so we/the strata had to raise money for it via special levies in order to ensure everyone's safety. We/the strata also had to raise money via another special levy to make sure only people with fobs could get onto the floors (the elevator was a free for all before that).

100% would not buy anything from them ever again.
