I ordered multiple plants from the website and shipping was delayed ( which was no fault to them, they actually shipped the same day I ordered! ) had concerns over plants conditions and Candi was awesome throughout the process reassuring me that if there was a issue they would resolve it. All my plants still came in great shape and beyond happy with plants and all their products I ordered. Places like this deserve more than 5 stars! Thanks again!!!

Great company. Always quick shipping with good prices. I've never been disappointed. I buy all my meds from them. They are an hour or so away from me but I'll make the trip when I need specific fish because I know I'll get healthy well cared for fish.

Sponge filters and media. Still receiving rapid delivery. My orders were spot on correct and I received a free sticker. Nice touch Cory. Love watching Corys videos and placed an order on Saturday, was absolutely surprised when my package was delivered Monday morning before lunch. I live completely across the country from Aquarium Co-Op. I have said many times that I should move closer so my kids could work there and see how a business should be operated. I cannot think of a company that does a better job in educating the customer, shipping and handling excellent products properly, and providing top-notch customer service. There should be a 6th star added for this review for just this one establishment.

The tanks are perfect conditions for their healthy fish to thrive. Their prices are higher then big chain stores on some livestock because they're MUCH better quality. Staff is wonderful, and even throw in plant clippings to your livestock bags. One of the Cherry Shrimp I bought is pregnant too!

Almost everything you need to keep aquariums in excellent condition. Really happy with the live plants i bought, much healthier than anything i can find locally. Great prices, great merchandise. Especially like the aquarium coop brand items, durable and high quality. Will definitely be shopping here for future aquarium needs. Was slightly disappointed by the number of items that were out of stock, but i understand that covid has been hard for the aquarium industry... I only wish they shipped live fish, that would have got them 5 stars from me

I've bought online from Aquarium Co-Op and their plants have been delivered in great shape every time. Almost all the plants in the picture below were bought from their store and none have died and in fact now I have too many plants growing in this tank. So my only issue is their plants are too good.

The tanks are beautiful and beautifully set up. I did not go in intending to get a fish, but the betta caught me and I bought everything I needed in one stop. The staff was engaging, knowledgeable (I know this because the friend I went with Knows Fish and was happy with them), and helped me out without high pressure tactics.

Well, what can I say #FishFam? Does the Co-op really need another 5 star review? Well it's getting one! I recently received my online order of a Low Light 8 Plant Starter pack, along with a bottle of Easy Green and Easy Iron. The wait and anticipation to see what low light plants the Co-op Team would select for me was as great as the surprise of un-boxing it all and finding out! I can't stress enough how awesome it is that Cory and his team transition their plants from Emersed growth to Submerged growth as much as possible before shipping them out to customers. Don't be upset or surprised if the plants you receive have some ratty looking leaves when they arrive, thats just the Emersed grown junk dying back and fueling new Submerged growth. Concentrate on the amount of new growth sprouting up out of the pots. Almost everything I received was in this state, and it was awesome seeing just how many new sprouts were all over the place. I won't tell you exactly what I got, as you may receive a similar starter package if you order one and I don't want to ruin the surprise for you, but I have no doubt that you will NOT be disappointed.

The Easy Green and Easy Iron are fueling all the new and old plants as expected. The system is too easy. I stick to one pump per gallon a week of each and have neither deficient growth, nor algae issues. It seems Cory really got the dosing spot on for standard low tech setups. For my nano tanks, I just use a syringe from the pharmacy to dose the appropriate ml for tank size. Each pump of the bottle is 2ml for ten gallons, so I use the syringe to dose 1ml for all my 5 gallon tanks.

I am not sure what else to say honestly, other than I wish they shipped fish!! That being said, Cory has a YouTube video explaining why he doesn't, and it is totally understandable!

Excellent YouTube tutorial videos! I followed Cory s advice on how to hot rod my hang on the back filter and that s worked out great. The customer service is excellent and delivery was quicker than I expected considering I m in Tennessee and the store is in Washington.

Ordered plants, spider wood and the fertilizer package. Very happy with all! The spider wood sunk in 1 day of soaking for me!!! All the plants i purchased are taking very well to my tanks. LOVE THE EASY GREEN! Awesome shipping to Chicago. Definitely buying again.

Fast shipping, Great products, and prices are reasonable. I purchased the easy planter and its very easy to move around when cleaning the tank and rearranging the scape of my tank. Just make sure to clean under it with your aquarium sponge. It looks great and it's light weight. Would definitely recommend.

Good selection of fish and plants. Staff is reasonably friendly and helpful although it has occasionally felt like they didn't have time for my questions. All in all though I think Cory and his store are great for the hobby and I will certainly continue to be a patron.

All of my plants arrived alive and thriving. No issues with any plants at all. They were packaged with great care to insure the plants did not dehydrate during shipping. We've ordered plants and equipment from Aquarium Co-Op twice now and will continue to use them for our fishy needs in the future. We're on the opposite coast, so there were some concerns with shipping and viability of product - I'm happy to say the plants arrived quickly and in great shape! They've been planted for about 2 months now and continue to flourish. We also purchased a few sponges and the COOLEST USB bubbler - all equipment is working wonderfully! When I originally ordered the weather was nice! And then the week after we were hitting negatives and I was worried since I had bought live plants. But turns out there was nothing to worry about. Between the heat pack and insulated bag the plants came in, as well as the shipping being delayed until nicer weather, plants came in fine.
Besides shipping the plants are in wonderful condition. The roots are long and healthy, and no leaves were lost! While I expect some melting as the plants adjust to my tanks, I am confident they'll be fine.

Purchased many aquarium plants (dwarf sag, amazon sword, scarlet temple, tiger lotus bulb, vallisneria, bacopa, baby tears), plant fertilizers, sponge filters, airline tubing and never clog air stones from Aquarium Co-Op and am very happy with everything I've purchased. I've watched countless youtube videos of Cory, Dean and the rest of the team and have learned so much from them - thank you! You can see they really care and are great for the industry. Shipping is fast (from New York here and have received my items in 2 days! before but usually it's 3 days). All items are packaged professionally and plants arrived very healthy with plenty of roots. Besides being a terrible humid 80 degrees it's that hot to provide the quality happy fish, snails, frogs and plants that they do.

This is my favorite freshwater hobby store in the United States. It s not huge but there are lots of healthy fish. So if you are used to pt-co type stores the square footage is smaller but there s about 3 times more tanks and the animals are more diverse / healthier.
If you need help you will get it... no doubt about it the employees are interested in us and our fish. There s always tons of water plants and lights, rock, spider wood, invertebrates.
One of my friends called it the nerd fantasy fish store. Probably that s the best way to describe it!

Plants were phenomenal, You can tell they really care about fish keeping. He puts out a lot of content on YouTube that is very helpful and informative and I will definitely be buying more more from them.

This is for the ziss fry box, I gave it 4 stars only because when I do a water change on the tank I can't go below the bottom of the box or the fry will be left out of the water.

I love this place. The people who work here are incredibly helpful and kind. They get pretty busy sometimes, but there are plenty of well taken care of fish to keep you occupied until your turn. Everyone is knowledgeable and will help you find what is right for you. Plus have you seen Murphy the MBU puffer? That fish is a stud muffin. Serious fish goals there. I drive over an hour to come here almost once a week, because they are the best!
