I live in Georgia and have ordered from Aquarium Coop since I started in the hobby. I love that they only carry good products (no gimmicky junk), the healthiest plants, awesome fertilizers, and they ship orders to me faster than Amazon can!!!!
They have gone out of their way multiple times to help me with problems in the hobby, with out making me feel lesser for it. They use social media to grow the hobby in a healthy manner, whether they profit or not (that says a lot to me). The weekly shows and videos on youtube have always been entertaining, educational, and are what ultimately got me into the hobby.
If your reading this and are on the fence about using the company you should definitely give them a try, whether it's in the store or online I guarentee you will not be disappointed!!!
Just as a personal favorite experience, I randomly recieved a card in the mail from Aquarium Coop a few weeks ago. It was a hand written card from the owners wife just to say thank you for supporting small businesses. It wasn't for a promotion, cupons, or asking anything of me, but a sincere genuine act of kindness. It really made my day.

My first ordering experience was very professional and admirable, everything was nicer than advertised and they even throw in a free sticker, you can t go wrong ordering from a these guys! I have my second order coming in soon and I ll be ordering more in the future. New favorite shop for most things fish keeping and love plants!

Great products! My Anubias Golden and Anubias Petite are thriving. I just use the Easy Green all in one liquid food and my plants are doing very well. The videos put out are great too. I am learning a lot about the fish keeping hobby. I'm a newbie so all of the sound and easy to follow advice is wonderful!

When I started researching aquarium plants, it was overwhelming. Macro and micro nutrients- Get this product for this and that product for that. Leaf feeders and root feeders. On and on. While all this is important, and I'm learning more every day, I needed something that would take the guess work out and help me start off my first planted aquarium right. Enter Easy Green. It was shockingly simple: 5-6 pumps a week for my 55 gallon. Done. And my plants are already responding and looking great. It's cool to see my Anubias Barteri Coffeefolia create a new leaf right in front of my eyes. Thanks, Cory!

The plants that I received were in wonderful condition. They were exactly what I ordered and quite robust. I also ordered some of their plant fertilizer and they accidentally sent me the wrong product. I contacted them and they instantly made the problem right. Sadly I live in New England and the Aquarium Co-op is out side of Seattle so I am unable to buy fish from them, but I have been following Cory and all of his cohorts on YouTube for quite some time and think that they are very knowledgable people with a great deal of integrity. I would love to visit the store in person, but I guess YouTube will have to do for now.

Ordered some water sprite plants and some easy green fertilizer as my first order. They both came within a few days and in excellent condition. I then ordered some octopus plants and sponge filters and a few other items. All came perfectly and had alot more plants then expected. In the octopus mini buckets. Thank you all for excellent plants an quick service. Will be doing business with you all from now on.

Order from here about once a month. I am always impressed by the speed in which I receive the orders and the health of the plants. Cory also runs a VERY educational youtube channel and it is very clear that they are hobbyists first. Will continue to get my business as long as I am in the hobby.

Excellent company! Really cares about the customers! If you have any problems or concerns, they will do whatever possible to make sure your questions are answered and that you have the best experience with their company! Very impressed!! I always feel that I am in good hands when I buy from them!!

Placed an order of 2 jungle val, 2 amazon swords, and 2 bottles of easy green. The order came super fast and I was very pleased with the packaging. The 2 swords looked great but the 2 jungle vals im not so sure about. Hopefully they will make it. Also really like the videos, very informative. I would definitely recommend everyone to at least check these guys out.

This is my go-to for planted aquarium supplies and plants. I live in Connecticut, and my orders arrive with astonishing swiftness(2-3 days). I have been nothing but impressed with the customer service. The Aquarium Coop Team is always happy to help in every way they can.
I have had an especially good experience with my aponogeton ulvaceus, which just took off as soon as I added their trademark Easy Green aquarium fertilizer.
I recommend Aquarium Coop to any and everyone I meet who is interested in keeping planted aquariums.

I highly recommend you check out their YouTube channel for great aquarium content! I'm currently growing some Vallisneria in my 55 gallon that I ordered from them. Arrived in pristine condition and I got a neat little surpise in the box.

Not my local fish store, they are on the opposite side of the US from me. But they shipped me some amazing fertilizer in just a few days, they also included a large package of their own omnivore pellets as a free bonus. Discovered them on YouTube, have watched almost all of their videos and I am a much better fish keeper because of them.

I feel a little silly supporting a local business that isn't local to me, but I have learned so much from Cory and truly appreciate that he cares about the hobby and his community of aquarists. He often offers advice that is contrary to his bottom line in the short-term because he and his amazing team know it is best to keep a forever customer. I also only have big box pet stores near me and when I do go to them, I often will be horrified by their fish-keeping.

Really terrific customer service. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable - plus they're willing to admit when they don't know something and double check with other employees. Decent pricing and they carry a large amount of stock for such a small, local store. Lots of plants, supplies, and good variety of fish. Great point system to earn rewards too!

Have been ordering live plants and aquarium products from this establishment since I stumbled upon Cory's YouTube channel and subsequently this store. Always the highest quality products but the BEST part is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Cryptocoryne that I purchased arrived within a few days and the plant was healthy and is thriving in my aquarium. When I contacted their customer service to ask some questions about plant care and tank management, almost immediately I received suggestions and tips. Will definitely be back to purchase additional items whenever I am in need.

I absolutely was 110% satisfied with my order. I ordered the easy green fertilizer and the easy iron and my plants look amazing. This is also the first time I have had my plants pearl without doing a water change. I m new to the planted tank but you would never know by the way it looks and I have to give the aquarium co-op crew the credit. I also ordered 10 Malaysian trumpet snails and they all came in perfect. I will be ordering from them again in the near future. I really hope that maybe in the future i will be able to visit the shop.

Prices are better than the PetCo down the street, and his stock in infinitely better. Not to mention deals on groups of certain fish and items the other stores simply don't carry, like rimless tanks, blackworms, and incredibly rare plants. Shipping is fast and the products they carry are of great quality. The devotion for the hobby with product quality at a reasonable price is very evident in their videos. Lots of great information on youtube for the hobby has really been helpful in making good decisions on what Items I needed when getting back into the hobby.

I have made several orders with Aquarium CO-OP in the last few months and every single time has been 5 stars! The orders are processed with amazing speed and the orders get to me in Maine usually in 2 days! The one time a package was late, a USPS problem not CO-OPS, my issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved by the shipping team! Purchased the Easy Green Fertilizer and I couldn't be happier. The service was impeccable, Cory is very professional and always goes a step beyond the average. The product itself is even better! I have NEVER been able to grow plants in my 10 years of fishkeeping, but watch a few of Cory's videos and add the recommended dose of Easy Green. . . MY PLANTS ARE FINALLY GROWING!!! AND I HAVE LESS ALGAE THAN BEFORE!! I didn't think it would be possible but miracles do happen y'all.

Wonderful aquatics store for freshwater hobbyists.
Pricing is fair, and the stock changes often.
This store carries some of the prettiest varieties of fish, that elsewhere will not look nearly as vibrant or healthy.
They also have a massive puffer that is very social, make sure you say hello to him.
Fair warning, if you stay in the store long the humidty will have you begging for fresh air.

I love the coop! They have a dedication to quality products and service that is all too rare these days.

Great company. Super fast shipping, often same day. I ve bought several things from them, most recently a dwarf aquarium Lilly. I ll admit it was a little small and a little worse for ware but it was obvious the shipping team noticed and not only provided a sprouting bulb but a second plant with really long roots. They also provided root tabs. Not to many (if not any) companies will go the extra mile like that to ensure success. This type of service and attention to detail is the reason why I come back. Keep up the great work aquarium coop team. Definitely recommend.

The internet has made many things easier for most folks. What the internet hasn't been able to accomplish is the 'personal touch' one receives when purchasing in a retail store front.
Aquarium Co-Op, via the internet, is the one exception that does continue to give that 'personal touch'. The ease at contacting the store and getting a quick reply, to the professional handling and packaging of their good, and the continued sharing of education via their YouTube channel as well as their newsletter.
And this is the internet... can you imagine how wonderful it must be to be a customer in the retail store?

If you live in Washington and haven't yet been to aquarium Co-Op you haven't lived your life to the fullest. If you are brand new to the hobby I'd recommend stopping by because the staff will teach you how to become an expert. Oh yeah how about there online store, where do I even start. 6 Stars.

I am SO glad I came across these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable, have fantastic customer service, and they offer a huge variety of plants, labeled according to light needs or if they are foreground/background...this is really helpful if you're a newbie to doing a planted aquarium. You get notifications along the way when your plants ship, and the plants themselves are very carefully packaged and always in great condition. Their prices can't be beat either. This is my go-to place now for all things aquarium related.

I ordered the trio quarantine treatment, and it worked like advertised.. My Neon tetras haven't been better. Would buy and recommend again for sure.

Even with all the high reviews, they came though better than I expected. There was a minor error with my order, where my plants were double shipped. I was told to keep them and enjoy them, and I do.

The care taken to package my order really motivated me to dive deeper into my new hobby. It felt like doing business in a Mom and Pop. Don't make the same mistake I did and deprive yourself of a great experience.

Overall experience was very good. While i don't like how the light was packaged with just tape on edges and around middle no wrapping at all "except factory box of course ". Cory responded quickly to my email and explained why it is sent that way. I don't fully agree with doing it that way, but i do now understand why they do it that way. And incase you don't know they have a very good YouTube channel with lots of information about fish keeping. Enjoy both the channel and purchasing experience.

Great online shopping experience, with great fast shipping, and reasonable prices. I was also able to purchase a 1-lb. bag of crushed coral, which is hugely convenient when I only use a tiny bit at a time and don t have much storage space - I couldn t find a bag smaller than 20-lbs anywhere else. And the T-shirts with Murphy the Puffer on them are insanely comfortable!

This is my third order. Every thing comes very well packaged and the plants are very good shape. Orders are coming in a very timely manner to Michigan. Web site is supper easy to use.

I love the YouTube channel, so non-biased and passionate. All of my friends are willing to travel the three hour distance across border to this store to see the great master himself. I don t even think an award winning restaurant can get rating this high.

I ordered Ich-X because I noticed my Tetras had Ich. The product was packaged well and shipped quickly. I appreciated the Cardinal Tetra decal they sent as well, made me smile while I'm going through this tough time of losing fish.
