Bureau Jeugdzorg Stadsregio Rotterdam is a reliable organization. Their services have been satisfactory. The staff members were professional and attentive to my needs. I appreciate their efforts in helping me through a difficult time in my life.
Especially my son has VERY bad experiences with it. Place where the worst-performing 'care' people live. Nothing 'FOR the child', just AGAINST the child ... AND FOR themselves, their convenience and their salary. Ps: current regional manager is the worst to find on this earth. Please contact the AKJ immediately when you come into contact with these people. Not that they listen to that, but you can often go to the ombudsman via that route. Because their own mistakes, are not mentioned anywhere and "mistakes" of yourself as a parent on every page of every report. Yes, even if you don't make mistakes. Explain that to a judge. For example, my son only sees me at 9am! per year!! They find it quite normal there. In the meantime my son breaks down, until, because of this very malfunctioning organization, he soon no longer even knows who I am and who his / my family really is. After which participation in lawsuits at 12 will be as good as nothing more, because they simply do not tell him how it really works. BE CAREFUL!
