Virginia premier made the worst choice choosing consumer direct, that's if that picked them. They do not return calls and you stay on the phone forever. They give you the run around. Since they have switch my provider still have not been payed. Here it is time goes in this week still no id number for my provider and no one has given answers to what is going on. My provider has bills to pay. I have left two emails still nothing. All our info was put in the beginning of September they sent a email saying they received the paperwork and called on the 10 of September. There is no reason for this.
