I have read the negative comments and I'm sorry you guys had that experience. My experience on the other hand, has been exceptional. Let me first start out with my awesome case manager, Dalia Cruz. My case set in limbo for six months and by God's. Grace it fell into Ms Cruz's capable hands. Within a week the ball was rolling and we had made amazing progress. Mika Delaney calls to check on me and Ms Cruz follows up often to make sure all paperwork and internet access is current and understandable. I am grateful for my experience with Consumer Direct.
