They have not paid my caregiver since July the 1st.. they keep saying for a month that their Authorization department has not authorized the pay. They keep putting you off and they will not give you a phone number if you need to talk to someone with authority.. there are many people whom has not been paid…. We are seeking US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND WAGES…. 1-866-487-9243 if anyone sees this and have not been paid..

So where's it at?

And my caretakers check has been $25-45 short since December. And hearing all the people STILL nit getting checks. There's definitely something weird going on there. I think a call to the dept of labor is an excellent idea. When your checks short a little you say "oh maybe I forgot to clock in. But forgetting 5months is just way too much. You do that to all employees that's a hefty amount of "oh wells" and $25 adds way up.
