Loved it. I stayed here for a week for work and it was a pleasant experience. Complimentary amenities, huge room and can't forget the amazing bathroom! This will be my new to go to hotel for work in Chicago. The hotel restaurant is also pretty good.

This place is truly exceptional. I had never stayed, or even heard of the Conrad line of hotels prior to booking this for my stay in Chicago. The room and view are incredible, the bathroom is one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've experienced to date aside from luxury resorts. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful room was nicely appointed and had a large TV. Very quiet. Bathroom was lovely with double sinks. The bed was very comfortable... great linens. Enough closet space. Refrigerator is in a "drawer" which is neat, but it didn't keep anything very cold. Staff was friendly. Problem checking in with credit card machine which didn't work. Have eaten at the restaurant before (not this visit) and it's "ok" but overpriced for what you get. If you get a good room rate here, this is an outstanding hotel choice. Hotel parking is a rip-off... we parked a block away for half the price.

I've stayed at other Conrad properties across the world and would put the Chicago location right at the top. Service was impeccable and everything was luxurious as you would expect it to be from Hilton's top of the line hotel.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

The service of the staff at Conrad were outstanding! From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the moment I left, they ensured my experience was top priority.

Aside from the service, every detail about the hotel made my stay comforting. I stayed in king bed room which was very spacious. There was a lot of closet space and counter space. The room has a small fridge, Nespresso machine, and water.

The king bed was very comfortable. I slept well every night. There were extra pillows in the closet if you needed more. The bathroom was large and well lit. It was great for doing my makeup.

The location was within walking distance to most shopping and restaurants.

This place is top notch! Eric and Adriana at the front desk are unbelievably helpful. The rooms are extremely well appointed. Usually, I'm very picky about mattresses but even the bed was comfortable. The only thing I might consider changing, would be to add more channels to the television lineup.

Views at the sushi bar were amazing but the food was expensive. Definitely tasty but over priced. Didn't get a chance to try much as we got rained out but it was enjoyable while we were there.

Submitting a complaint to James working at Conrad hotel 10:30 PM Christmas Eve. After checking in with my mother and celebrating Christmas together we were met with extreme hostility. He had shown us the utmost rudeness which had caused me no choice but to leave promptly(10:31PM Christmas Eve). From my 1 minute of experience, he is short tempered and someone who had shown demonizing women behavior. I commemorate his coworkers. I was very pleased with everything else but James s behavior had truly dampened my Christmas

It's a hotel that tries to be a high end business hotel. However where they fail miserably is the service. There is no minibar, no room service after 1130, and in fact noone to even answer the phone after 12. The doormen are spaced out and forget to hold the door or even say hello. The toilet doesn't flush properly, something others had noted too. The room service menu is a sad joke, and with limited hours. If this hotel is trying to compete with the likes of Ritz or the Park Hyatt, it's way behind. Unfortunate because they spent most eye on the property and they decided to cut costs on service. Sad!

From the moment we stepped out of our car the service was on point. Everyone we encounterd was welcoming and had a smile in their face. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was great. The bathroom had more than enough room for two to get ready. We didn't try the restaurant but it seem pretty popular. I recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.

One of the best rooms and hotels I've enjoyed. Odd, but the shower and sinks were amazing. Loved the bed, pillows and complimentary bevs in room. Could have honestly moved right in. And a GIANT screen TV peered for movie night.

Have been stayed in many Hilton Brand, this is the worst ever happened to us. The house keeping did not make up our room, first time did not complain, second time complain and the problem was handled 5 hours later then the Conrad send me a glass of milk and 3 cookies without even give me a notice (call) beforehand, to me this is so rude. Although the guys over there dress up nice but we just can t feel any welcoming . Totally unbelievable. Arrogance and totally misjudged. We stayed for two weeks and this hotel is totally not suitable for this.

I highly recommend The Conrad. We travel frequently and this hotel was one of the best! The hotel was impeccably clean, close to all attractions and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and always smiling. The service was top notch! After a long day of traveling our children were greeted with teddy bears and cookies and milk. We have stayed in many hotels in Chicago, but The Conrad surpassed them all in many ways. This will be the ONLY hotel we stay in when return to Chicago. The room service was also delicious with a large selection of food and drinks.

Really nice hotel, all the finishings are high quality and the location is outstanding. Only complaint is that the designers outsmarted themselves on the light-switches and controls, but otherwise very nice

Terrible service at check in. Worst I ve ever experienced! Then our luggage got dropped in the wrong room. We complained to the manager who did comp us breakfast but then we waited 20 minutes for a table at breakfast! Went for snacks on the roof but they ran out of our meal choice, which happens, but no one told us so we waited 1hr. Housekeeping cleaned our room and removed all toiletries! Also, they gave a stranger a key to our room so he literally just walked into our room!! There are so many good hotels in Chicago so I d recommend you stay elsewhere.

Although it seemed a bit odd to have the hotel reception on the 19th floor and guest rooms below, it was a quick adjustment. Overall, the hotel is excellent with modern rooms and conveniences. The hotel staff were very gracious and accommodating, the food is flavorful, and the rooftop bar is very inviting on nights with warmer weather. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend the Conrad to any who are visiting Chicago.

The Conrad Chicago earns a five star rating. From the attentive door persons with smiles on their faces in the COLD, to an impeccable lobby on the 20th floor....to the location of the hotel. Add in the clean comfortable room, excellent food in the restaurant and the safe and secure feeling of the hotel. And then add in the welcoming, friendly staff (Will was awesome... felt like we had known him forever--he was a personable, genuinely kind soul !!! ) and the Conrad definitely is the complete package..... we look forward to our next visit !!!!

Great location. The amenities were a bit on the short side for a luxury hotel. No pool, hot tub, or sauna. The fitness center did make up for that a bit, it was quite extensive. Room service breakfast was excellent and the rooms are very modern. It was a great place to spend the weekend.

Got here just to get away from the routine and it was fantastic. When you arrive you can drop your car off in front while someone helps you unload and take your luggage. Someone will open the door for you and let the front desk you've arrived. The front desk is in a different floor next to the bar and waiting area. Once there a man helped me check in and i asked to get a room with a view of Michigan avenue and he provided. He also offered water and then it was off to the room. As for the room, it was nice and clean. Plenty of storage and it includes two robes and sandals. For the morning there is a Nespresso with a couple of choices of flavor. You can use the small fridge, safe, 65 inch TV, alarm clock radio with Bluetooth. The view was nice as well as the location since we were so close to the magnificent mile. Plenty of restaurant to choose from around as well as theirs. Overall, will go back.

If there is anything less than a

If there is anything less than a
One star I will go for it, it was a bad experience (price VS service) : my experience with Conrad started with no one to help with luggage upon check in as I had to take my luggage all the way the 20th floor for the lobby and reception for check in then down to my room in the 10th floor. The day after, I started my day at the hotel restaurant for breakfast it took 30 minutes waiting to get a table and after that I had to wait more than an hour before I get upset and called for the manager who responded to me and asked some one to bring me my order (plain eggs), and I have to mention that the restaurant was not busy with many customers only 2 or 3 tables were occupied.
Imagine that the delay in serving breakfast was a fact I have to deal with every day, as I need to start complaining to get my orders. Additionally, upon check-out I found that they double charged me for breakfast that was already included in my booking. And I reported that to the lady at the front desk and she doesn't care.
Will I recommend it? Never

The location was great, the general vibe and interior was very nice. Room was well appointed, great bath, nice view.
No air conditioning until it kicked in around 3 am the first night. Then it was fine.

That said, service was very spotty, especially for a top caliber hotel.

Front desk experience was at times cold, some times bordering on rude.

Rooftop dining and bar should be a top venue in Chicago. View was fantastic, but service rough. Overworked servers. 15 minute wait for drink order, another 15 minutes to get served drinks [one beer, one wine]. Ended up going to the bar for the next round...which was frowned upon.
Food was good and reasonably priced though.
Sat at the bar to avoid table service the next night, Bar tenders were attentive, but not overly warm.
Bar stools? Who picks this furniture out? Good if you are under 110 pounds. Very uncomfortable. Considering the hotel demographics, they should let adults handle furniture choices.

One high note and reason for 3 stars rather than 2... The service in the lobby level dining room, and the Babtiste bar was steller. The two gentleman were very processional and attentive. They fully met the expectations of what the Conrad chain should stand for.

The Conrad is a fantastic hotel. While they were not able to accommodate my early check-in to our suite, they made up for it with excellent service in every other way. Concierges Jenna & Jason accommodated our every need. The staff were all helpful and quick to deliver towels, etc. The styling of the hotel is fresh, modern and classic all at the same time. The fitness center is fully equipped, you can get in a full, diverse workout without sacrifices. My husband and I stayed in the Royal suite, essentially a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate tub in the bathroom. There was a half bath and a separate living area from the bedroom. The location was ideal for shopping. Every part of the city was all only a short walk or lyfe away. We will be back.
