Usually a great place to stay this time not so much here for the NFL NFC Championship game coldest day of the year and the heat goes out, the water is scalding hot with no cold water water and I was quoted one rate while being charged another. Not a happy traveler! Will have to rethink staying here again after calling corporate.

We love The Westin Charlotte. This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and I don't really think there is a bad view from any room. The staff is wonderful. They are welcoming, kind, quick to respond and just overall accompanying. We couldn't be happier with this team and hotel.

The Westin was we wonderful! Staff very knowledgable and kind. Room decor nice and view of city great. Food at JP's in the Westin had wonderful food! Could eat there everyday. Just one suggestion. I had the Chocolate Almond Tart and it was very dry. Would not order again. As for the other desserts my friends ordered. They were very tasty. Westin is in a great location within the city. Will be staying with you guys again
God Bless

Let me start by saying I am horrible at remembering names, but Cynthia is AMAZING!! The fact that I remember her name proves that she made me feel like a valued customer. Our check in process was easier than I expected. She gave awesome customer service from the moment we stepped through the door. The hotel is walking distance to the Bank of America stadium, which is a plus. If you are planning to visit The Westin, be sure to ask for Cynthia!

Had to remind front desk to pick up room service food in the hallway that had been there for over half a day. Housekeeping kept knocking even though I registered for the green program. Place was exceptionally loud in the hallways and hallways were super warm.

It was an extremely busy weekend. We pre-registered for a room since we have young kids. It was well after check-in time before we got a room. There was one bed, so the kids slept on the floor. We asked for extra blankets and towels. We got one extra blanket that was damp. Mildew coffee pot so had to get coffee else where. Issues leaving parking garage, had to exit on to a different street because room key didn't work.

In the past this hotel has been great despite the craizness of the weekend events.

Not sure we will be back again.

Great location at a great price. The hotel is conveniently located with it's very in transit stop which made getting around without a car a little easier. The room was a nice size, reasonably quiet and has a bed that felt like heaven. It was ridiculously difficult to pull myself out if it each day. The staff waa super helpful and accommodating. I had no complaints.

The front desk staff were nice at first, but further interaction seemed to wear down their patience. Overall, the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and I thought the rate was fair

I attended a business breakfast here and was impressed by the efficiency of the staff handling such a large event. The food was tasty and presented very well. Coffee was delicious and they could have offered it a few more times but otherwise great experience.

Benita, at the front customer service desk MADE IT HAPPEN! She pressed a whole lot of buttons on the computer, squeezed a few things out and one ended up being a room on short notice. She is an ALL STAR of Customer Service and deserves a pay raise! Seriously, give that incredible woman a pay raise or some time off. She's the reason why I would come back. Thank you Benita!

Attending Saturday night Jazz performance, so this review is in reference to bar only. Good service, drinks overpriced, but not obscenely so. Food not great, even by hotel bar standards. Extremely busy though so they seemed to be doing the best they could. While live music probably/hopefully isn't a typical thing, the acoustics we're atrocious and left the music muddy and indistinct. Also the massive pillars left only 10-15 seats with a view of the performers. For this particular setting, our experience was less than could be desired, but the hotel itself seemed well run and efficient.

The beds are nice, the employees are very nice. But for the amount of money spent for a week to stay there, I thought it was extremely disrespectful to expect me to pay 12.99/day for internet access.

Located close to downtown Charlotte. It's a very tall building with 25 floors. The rooms are very comfortable. I stayed in a double bed room which was great it had all amenities including WiFi access as a group rate, otherwise is a $12 fee for internet access. The pillows were plusher but too soft for me. You can bring your own pillow to be more comfortable. Towels in the bathroom were soft and lush. Parking is somewhat expensive @ $21.00 per day. It has a nice working out room, and available professional offices on the 2nd floor. The hotel has a restaurant and a good kiosk where you can get something to eat on the fly. If you are looking for food variety, whole foods is located 200 feet away from the hotel's main entrance. They have buffet style food you can enjoy at a reasonable price.

First of all it smelled so good in the hotel. Everywhere in there smelled so nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was secure also which was nice. I didn't like that you had to pay to park in their parking garage. $20....should be complimentary. Staff that I encountered was very nice and friendly.

Overall an alright experience but it could have easily been much better.

The whole hotel reeks of cologne and in no way did it make my stay any better to wake up in the am for work to be slapped in the face with what i can only describe as the smell of a man that bathed in his cologne before going out to the club. I also had to keep my bathroom door closed with a towel blocking the door gap because for some reason my shower kept creaking very loudly over and over on a very timely interval. This wasn't because the guests above and below me were using water because the loud creaking happened every 3-5 minutes without stopping. I almost sounded like the water in pipes were frozen and were thawing out.

Absolutely the worst! We stayed for 5 nights for a convention. The room vibrated and shook from 9-4 each day because of construction. I tried to work out of the room, but, couldn't even talk on the phone because of it. The manager offered a conference room for me to work out of, as well as 5,000 Marriott points. 5000 Marriott points get's me nothing. So, I guess you pay $250 plus a night, but, have to leave your room for quiet? I asked if I was the only person complaining and she said they have only had a few complaints but, on the weekend is when there are more complaints. Why do they continue to put people underneath the construction? SERVICE/MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Choose Hilton.

The location was great, it was right by the game. That being the reason why I decided to stay here. The location and the accommodating demeanor of the desk employees is what saved the hotel. Because for the price especially during a busy period, you could easily have a better experience at the Hyatt Arrowood. A hotel that has been perfect in my eyes besides the location not being center stage in the city. You just get headaches over the little stuff at the Westin and for the price I did not appreciate that.

Beautiful hotel with a great bar in a great location. Sadly they were out of rooms when I came to town and I only experienced the bar and lobby when meeting up with coworkers for a convention, but all was at a much higher standard than was present at my hotel.

Very nice hotel with impressive city views, and luxury extras (travel sized lavender oil, mouthwash, sewing kit, q-tips & cotton balls. Also a bath robe in bathroom.) Price was okay for luxury hotel. Didn't provide a lot of info for guests. No microwave in room, but found out at check out that we could've requested one. Parking was an extra $25/day .
