Just a bit of suggestion.

Just a bit of suggestion.
I hope you could teach your members some social skill like how to feel empathetic towards those who living near to a hospital who have been suffering silently for being disturbed by SCDF ambulance sirens day and night.
It's probably only a few of ambulance drivers who lack of it and continuously making noisy siren late night or early morning, but it's sort of spoiling the entire reputation of SCDF our there. Thank you for listening.

Tuesday night ard 11:30pm . I was talk with a Friend at the void deck of Blk 411 Pandan Garden. Suddenly there came some foul smell. We walk out towards where the smell came from and realised that one 10 footer truck which was packed at the roadside has smoke coming out behind the Driver's cabin. The smoke gets more and more. I quickly went over to check if the driver is still in the vehicle because it's engine is still running. To my astonishment he was there. I'm very scared because I'm worried it might explode! I quickly pat at the window and calling "Abang Abang " I signal him to come out but he seems dead. At that time, I have already made a call to 995. I was so panic and I think the person over the phone can hear me saying, "I think he is dead! " . I continued to pat on the window ( Praise the Lord it's half way down ) and calling him again and again. All of the sudden, he moved. I quickly signal him to come out, but he looked at me motionless. It's really insane as I could see that the smoke is building up. I quickly walk nearer and tell him "got smoke , got smoke get out!" . Than maybe he sense something and turn of the engine. Phew! I was a little relief, from that I could see that the smoke gradually gets lesser and lesser. So I told the person on the line, " I'm sorry , there is no fire, so maybe you dun have to come." But this person was so concern about the driver if he had inhale poisonous gas. So he said they are on the way. And you know what, just after this conversation . A police patrol car came very swiftly ! And next follow by a huge fire engine came and with a rhinoceros (SCDF), and after 3 minutes an ambulance arrived at the scene. You know guys, my Friend next to me , who is from Malaysia praise our Singapore government and the SCDF, he said he was amaze by their efficiency and proficiency shown.
Therefore guys . I salute you and thank you for serving the people selflessly. I'm so proud of you all as a Singaporean . You deserve 5 Stars!!

Dear SCDF Team,

Dear SCDF Team,
I stay near Changi Hospital and I would like to give my feedback for your ambulance driver.
I do understand that your jobs are very critical, I do respect you. But can you please be more considerate to those who are staying around the hospital especially during late night or early morning, can you please turn off your siren if the road is empty. Thank you.

I stay in the East and I have been frustrated by very inconsiderate scdf ambulance drivers who always playing with the sirens regardless of traffic. My baby keep getting awaken and sometimes is very difficult to make her sleep again. Why can't scdf ambulance driver keep it quiet during early morning and late night since street is so empty. Even running in the slow lane other cars cannot give way why need so ignorant? As civil service can't they minimise being disadvantage to citizens? Other ambulances from Hope or private hospital are never been so noisy.
