I had bought and returned 3 ICs since June of 2019. I purchased and IC from Conquer, My client service person Alexis was excellent and the boss is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend their products.

If I can give a negative star, I would. We purchased and paid in full for a LC/MS on March 14th. It took them a month to deliver an instrument and could not make it work as of today, April 22. They lie to you to take your money and keep on lying. The entire experience feels like dealing with snake oil salesmen.
Just vented my frustration to a friend at another institution to find out that he had bad experience with Conquer Scientific also.
I purchased an auto sampler from Conquer Scientific. After it came in damaged from shipping they worked with me even after the warranty was just out and replaced the injector and tray. Thanks for the help.
Wake Forest University School of Medicine purchased a Packard TopCount NTX machine. They were very prompt in processing and shipping. However, the machine did not work as advertised. Alexis at Conquer was very quick to reach an agreement to sell for parts at a much lower price. We were very pleased with the service and communication. We were able to use parts from the machine to fix our older TopCount.
alexis at CS is a very helpful and professional salesperson that has worked with me as i have worked with different companies in different industries. CS is an asset to me as a working chemist.
We bought an Agilent 6890 GC and had a tremendous experience. One part went bad out of the warranty period and they still sent me a new part. We were pleased enough to buy an Agilent HPLC. The small problems I've found with tubing or accessories that one would expect in buying a used piece of equipment are taken care of immediately and the parts arrive quickly.
We ordered used equipment off of ebay through this company and it was a frustrating start because the wrong equipment was shipped to us and it took a while to get here. When I called back to tell them of my concern, one of the employees, Alexis, helped me and has been great resolving the issue. The second piece of equipment came in and wasn't working, but Alexis has been very quick to help us and quick to resolve our issues. She has made it a better experience even though the equipment we received originally didn't work.
Dr. Fatih and Dr. Gonen supported fairly unrealistic requests in our purchase process. Our research conditions were extremely speedy and they had equipment, and shipped it according to our needs and trained us. We will absolutely reach out to them in the future for further analytical equipment needs.
