I recently sold my home in Fort Myers. My realtor was Kristen Pell from Treeline Realty. She did an excellent job of marketing my home. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had about selling my home. There were several unexpected issues that arose during the closing and Kristen used her expertise to deal with the problems so we were able to close in a timely manner.
Worst reality company in SWFL. The agent we hired did absolutely nothing for us, we found the house ourselves and had a deal with the seller that the house was ours. All the agent had to do help us find a lender, write up the paperwork and get us the necessary papers for the title change. Sure, with the amount of work we expected this to take up to 3 weeks to a month at the most since there was already an established relationship between us and the seller. Now more than three months later we still have yet to close on this house. To make matters worst, today we received a TEXT MESSAGE from our agent stating that the sale can no longer happen because the lender has pulled out due to the prolonged process. So overall, if you're looking for a good realtor stay clear of Treeline Realty Corp. and agent John Barry Graham.
Shortly after posting this same review on their Facebook page Treeline's owner Suzy Harden responded. However rather than trying to resolve matters she not only attempted to place the blame regarding the delay upon us as well as condemn me for "airing this to the public" and assured me that the their company doesn't "bash their customers via Facebook, [because] it is unprofessional". Unfortunately Ms.Harden does not understand the meaning behind what a 'review' is. After explaining to her what a 'review' entitled I also suggested the alternative routes she could have taken rather than just replying on the post to prevent the 'bashing of customers'. May I state that I have no regrets for writing this review because not only does the public have an idea of this company's reputation from it, but also evidence of the lack of care and consideration Treeline Realty Corporation and owner Suzy Harden have for their clients.

Just wanted to give a Google shout out to our agent Yosmiry 'Millie' Rayano for the excellent service she provided in finding us the perfect condo to buy. Even leading up the purchase decision, Meg had to facilitate showing around the short window through the Winter holidays...many who call themselves "professionals" just check out over the holidays. If your an empty nester or snowbird looking for an agent to help you through this process, I can recommend Meg Kalimon as a honest and trustworthy professional.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. Beware of this Broker/Agent, as it is evident she's either unaware of the laws of real estate or she is without a conscience. My husband flew to Fort Myers from Wisconsin, took two days off, during COVID pandemic to close on a house that is listed with Kristen at Treeline Realty Corp. It wasn't until 1 HOUR before our scheduled closing, that we found out from our real estate agent, that in order for us to buy the house the wife had to sign a paper relinquishing her interest in the property, as the sellers are going through a divorce. Homestead law. Kristen Pell withheld this information in the hopes of getting the sale completed and the woman would sign.
In the end, the Title Company, Winged Foot Title LLC could NOT provide a clean title for the closing of this home and no one told us this. As the buyers, we were obligated to sign everything and have all things in order to schedule closing. Why weren't the sellers held to the same level?
We are now suing all involved to be compensated for time, flights, food, hotel, rental car, inspection costs, wire transfer fees, etc.
When I asked Kristen Pell about this, she said "she assumed she would sign."

To make long story short, Worse experience ever, these ppl after putting almost $16k closed me a property that didnt even pass last inspection took me to the closing table without telling me nothing closed the deal, i took all carpets out then they told me the house is not officially closed next day that i had to put everything back, its been lies after lies and never have heard the real story of what actually happend, Please stay away from this company.
