Why 1 star only? My experience is
urgently require assistance for car hire insurance abroad that i purchased, only way to contact is via email and i can expect a response in about 3 days.. telephone on there website rings and no one ever pics up. Their partnership, who help cover the insurance, also do not pick up any of their phones and there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone if you have an absolutely urgent issue that needs resolving on the day... there's no confusion here... run away and never look at purchasing anything off them again!!!!!!!!
