Very efficient. In and out easily, with very little delay. Extremely impressed.

Was amazed at the quick service I received. Called an hour before arrival and mentioned problems. Ernie has my wheel bearing changed and I was back on the road in under 1 hour. Thanks again for the great service.

I was leaving on a 700km trip and noticed a screw in one of my tires and was recommended Great West Tire.

I was helped very quickly, and had the screw removed. Luckily the tire wasn't punctured, and wasn't charged even charged for the service. Very grateful for the help! Will recommend! Thanks!

TL;DR Prices are average, service is excellent.
I arrived without any appointment, explained my problem and they scheduled me for the following day. I could not make it the following day due to work and they rescheduled me the next day without any hassle. I finally made it; they solved exactly what I asked in a reasonable amount of time and for a fair price. I would recommend to anyone who values service instead of trying to find the best deal .

I've always had great service, great prices, and fast good work. Usually it's hard to find a place that can do all 3 but they do.

I'll start this review off by saying that I am an extremely picky person that is always searching for excellent customer service, quality work and attention to detail which I think all of the above are sometimes hard to find these days...

I decided to go see Shane at GWT to inquire about a new set of tires for my 19 inch Acura TLX wheels which I already had a specific tire in mind. He made time for me immediately and I explained to him about how picky I was and that I was looking for a higher level of workmanship.
I can't remember his exact words but he basically said "Don't worry, we got this!"
The tires were ordered and arrived the very next day.
I dropped off the wheels spotless and when I went to pick them up only a few hours later... guess what, they were again spotless!
Shane definately catered to me, while going above and beyond meeting my expectations to make sure I was happy and for this I am very grateful!
I'm willing to pay a premium for this type of service but in this case the price was also fantastic so I really couldn't be happier!
It's all about the details and that's why you'll absolutely see me again when it's time for the next set of tires. Thanks again!

Had my tire sensors replaced (2 out of 4 as one still works fine but the other was a bit finicky but wasn't forced to get it done but keep an eye for it). They did a wonderful job! Highly recommend their tire service.

Customer service was terrible and acted as if I was a dumb girl. I had an out of province inspection done and an alignment. My steering wheel was set to the left when wheels were straight. I noticed a banging noise occurring after inspection and they failed to tighten my bolts correctly on the arm after the alignment. When i brought my vehicle back and expressed my concern I was told it was probably a coincident it start making a noise after the alignment.

Best price in town for the tires I wanted. Installed quickly with no appointment necessary
