Injured myself on a cooler several weeks ago. Hit my head and neck and shoulders hurt. Spoke to Sonya Taylor and she was so unprofessional, already had her mind made up never asked me what happened .,She had this dry unconcerned language that was no care for my injury while shopping at the 99 cents store in Houston, Texas. She was so rude and Sarcastic until I told her I want to talk to her supervisor. Her supervisor Mr. Kevin Anderson was much more understanding. He assured me he would follow up with me after the doctor report. I will be sending a formal complaint to the CEO and President of this company immediately.
An incompetent slow insurance company staffed with incompetent slow employees, took them almost a month to start working on a claim and almost a week to pay company I used for repairs. Do not trust these people with your money chose another company.
They are the worst people ever they never answer the phone we ve been trying to get this claim figured out for almost 9 years, my moms been in pain for years and still nothing done...
Company outright says their truck drivers lie all the time, but you re still at fault for getting rear ended by my truck driver..., what? Angie is very unethical, disrespectful and disruptive. Told her I may have footage of the incident and I d have to look. She told whatever colleague to call me and said Angie said you have a video to send us..., again, what? Their clients are liars, and now their staff are liars too? This company should be investigated.
Their insured, an 18 wheeler, veered into my lane, as the driver admitted to Police, and on the Accident Report, on 10/24/18. I was given the wrong insurance information, which is Old Republic, and was give the run- around when attempting to contact. With each call I was told they didn't insure this rental truck/driver!! Push forward to December 2018. Still no help, no claim!!! Finally on March 3, 2019 I received a claim! (Can you believe this company? I have called them, leaving messages, without any return calls, since last message on 05/09/19 and 05/13/19....no one seems to answer their phones at this company! On a previous call from them they said the claim would be shared at 50%! I was furious. This was not my fault. As mentioned, their insured admitted to the Police, and on the report that he came into my lane, hitting my car. 18 wheeler against a Toyota Corolla!! It appears they must be wanting me to obtain a Lawyer! 7 months is too long to deal with this, and 2 months is more than long enough to complete a claim! This IS, by far, the absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with! "Athens Administrators is the authorized claim representative for Manufactures Allience Insurance Company with respect to the above captioned claim." Apparently, I have been assigned 2 adjusters; Jackie Loyd and Stacey Miller. I will be contacting the BBB and Insurance Commissioner for further assistance. If you have dealings with this company, I suggest you retain an attorney, or have your own insurance company's attorneys handle for you. My patience has been superior, until now! I must take legal action!
Horrible. Even though their client damaged my car, they are trying to deny covering the rental for the full time Imy car was being fixed. They claim they don t cover all star or above and beyond services to be done to my vehicle (implying the auto body shop took to long on my car). Basically they are saying they are only willing to pay for subpar work. DO NOT TRUST
Working with this business has been a horrible experience. Staff are rude and speak down to clients as if they are bothering them with their questions and concerns. I unfortunately was referred here through my employer and have had a very frustrating experience trying to get treatment for my injury. The person handling my case has never called me to follow up and only discussed my case after I called 4 times to review my lack of treatment for my injury. I do not recommend this company and employers should look elsewhere if they care about their employees well being.
These are the worst people ever they never answer there phone been trying to get this claim to get my truck fixed for three weeks now. They have the estimate and still never payed out or helped me get back on the road. They are very unprofessional I wouldn t even give them this one star.
