Back to the store because always impossible to reach the after-sales service. This time, I am obliged to take my half day .... I rattle a good blow because I miss the LV to finish the kitchen. Result after 3 hours of lost and 1 hour of discussion I receive a miserable voucher of 15 ...
On a kitchen at 6400 and a LV at 400 they really pity me at Confo. Fortunately for them they will soon be redeemed :) Hoping that it corrects the lack of competence cruel.

I go to the SAV asking them to put the tv at home because I can take 2 days off (1 for the deposit of the card + 1 for the withdrawal) and there I come across people who do not want to hear me and either ignore me or do not understand my problem and give me pretexts that are not arguing that it is part of the rules of the guarantee excellence ... ???
In short do not buy TV at home and even less take warranty excellence because it's been 2 months since I have more TV and my problem is still not solved!

Par contre baisser votre musique , et alors surtout SERVICE FINANCE demandez bien a ce qu'on vous explique le paiement en plusieurs fois, car moi je me suis fais avoir avec 1 carte confo plus soit disante gratuite hors elle m'a couter 15 euros par an renouvelable.

The second salesman wanders around his department, he could pass for a customer. Luckily he has his red t-shirt, so we can do it on our own. After a few minutes, the seller comes to see us, OUF. He advises us very briefly. 3rd department, the ovens, a saleswoman, come see us. This is where the best saying for the end comes into play. A saleswoman who listens and has very good advice.
