The person in charge of the after-sales service is cruelly lacking in professionalism, has not been listening to us at all, not to mention her kindly courteous way of welcoming us. Run away ! That will serve me as a lesson, the next time I will go to the Swedish manufacturer who is the opposite of what we have just experienced today at the Conforama After Sales Service (I had a piece of furniture defects and was poorly mounted by their "professionals" (I paid 200 euros this service), the only answer I was given is "no exchange or refund" and not even a hello or at I thought this time was over, and no, the SAV is the living example.
