Concerns the Conforama deposit. Following receipt mail to inform me that my package was delivered on 30.11, I went there on 02.12 but nobody found the package. The staff did not seem really interested in finding it and asked me to go back despite the time that separates me from the store. To top, the next day 03.12 I received an email indicating that my package had been waiting for me for 3 days and that it was necessary to come to recover it. No one answers the phone and the customer service does not exist. Not the first time I encounter this problem with this sign.
