Giles likes a little quiet time at the library now and then.
Great place to study. Lots of spots and plug-in available. Great studying experience at UGA.
Great working areas and reading rooms. Coffee and bagels are available on the first floor by fall.
There is a hidden gender-neutral bathroom on the third floor by the digilab, for those interested. All the other bathrooms are male/female.
Nice employees and study areas of different designs. There is a food and coffee place inside as well.
A great building on UGA campus with top of the line facilities to help create a great atmosphere to allow students to learn, socialize, and progress. The best library on campus!
Spent time here in high school and in college for research, job search and tax filing purposes. I now go mostly to use the public computers. Has a nice "mall" out front and now a nice restaurant/meeting space just inside the front entrance. Near main shops downtown and several transit lines--city and UGA.
The library had public computers that the communication with can use. Plus if you have a local library card, you can check out a limited amount if booms from the uga. Library. Cool
Love the library, such a wonderful collection of books and journals. The media library in the basement is also a great resource, don't miss out on some great classic movies!
UGA's library is phenomenal, and one of the best features of the university. It houses over four million titles spread across eight floors, and contains a plethora of ideal study spaces. Don t be like many students who rarely set foot in here - find a cozy chair, curl up with a book, and leave the stresses of college behind. You'll be glad you did!
Tbh, my campus library is more attractive than this library, but it was worth to visit
It's great and all but the hours need to be updated accordingly. Nowhere online does it say you're closed on Sundays so that was inconvenient for me.
Honestly my favorite building on campus. Each floor seems to have its own unique aspect to it.
The 3rd floor has a digital lab and a fancy room with an orangeish theme.
The 4th floor has a place where you can write on almost all the walls with either chalk or expo. Also, the ceiling is at a height of about 7 feet so it has a cozy feel to it.
The 7th floor has a really nice view and group study rooms
