Loved the Christmas theme, and tree and ginger bread house. Very well kept and clean.

Beautiful venue with great food and many opportunities for traveling families.

This hotel has a lot of things going for it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. BLVD 16 is very good especially for a hotel restaurant. Daily social hour is a nice perk. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated.

I was so amazed with the design and everythingg plus it was not that pricey

The Fairmont is a classic hotel in SF. Everyone should see the lobby during the holiday season. The decorations are so so good. A walk through the halls reviewing the images that tell the story are fun and awesome.

I believe quite time starts at 10PM.
At 2 or 3 in the morning my family
And I were awakened by a group of drunk people screaming their heads off

Beautiful, old world S.F. historic hotel .. all decked out for the Holidays is a must-see destination.

Tonga room... Mai tai...zombie...pineapple royale...floor

Went to the tonga room and the service was fantastic as well as the drinks.

View is incredible. The staff is friendly and attentive. Drinks are a bit overpriced.

Had a coffee at the Illy cafeteria located under the hotel. Best coffee and cheese & ham croissant I had in a while.

Incredibly beautiful venue, the architectural details of the various meeting spaces and ballrooms are incredible. Check out the gingerbread house in the foyer during the holidays. I would stay here again and again.

Went to the Tonga room. Great bar. Live band. Dinner and dancing. Expensive but worth it.

I was only there for the Tonga room which was very fun with the live band. The drinks were strong but very high priced and the cover charge per person to sit at a table was sort of lame. We had three drinks between 2 people and the bill was $65. Fun for a one time experience but wouldn't go back.

We only went to the Tonga Room but it is a beautiful hotel and the Tonga Room has amazing food and great atmosphere!

What a magnificent hotel! Gorgeously decorated from head to toe. Truly enjoyed my visit to the Fairmount Hotel.

The bar had inexperienced waiters. Took forever to get drinks. The worst lounge service ever! Too much money for this kind of service! Arrrrgghhh...

Very nice hotel. Lobby bar was nice. Went to the Tonga Room while there and that was great, although prices were high.

We went there for the giant gingerbread house, so we didnt stay there. The place is decorated beautifully. Loads of people inside, cool experience.

The gingerbread house is incredible during the holidays! The food is completely amazing and reasonably priced.
Definitely busy during the weekend lunch rush but the ambiance is still incredible.

Restaurant and bar had a several hour wait and 20$ cover charge. Not worth it, meh.

A friend and I went for drinks and were promptly seated on a busy nighy, which I appreciate especially because I am unable to stand very long. They were out of a few appetizers, so options were limited.

A beautiful hotel and architecture. One of the few surviving buildings during the disastrous SF earthquake and fire. Was the only standing building, check out the photos on lower hall towards side coffee shop. Try London fog made so well.
Can take the cable car down to union square or walk it down, fair bit of walk
Forget about riding a bike here the hills are so hard you must be an Armstrong on steroid and all kind of blood plasma or just get a bike with e assist

Service is stellar in the Laurel Court, but food isn't that great. And it's super expensive. Atmosphere is lovely.

Olde world opulence and charm, the Fairmont Hotel Restaurant included live piano music and excellent table service. Marble is found everywhere, especially in the columned foyer. Although the menu is limited, the food we enjoyed was very tasty and reasonably priced. I recommend the house burger and the cauliflower, celery, duck and quince soup.

Decorated beautifully for the holidays. The staff is very friendly. A great place to recharge after running around the city all day.

Gorgeous lobby. Rooms more straightforward but comfortable. Lovely views. Hard to find your way around until you get the layout down.

Went to the Hotel Fairmont to see the gingerbread house. Very impressive ! The Christmas decorations in the lobby were very well done. The Fairmont lobby is an architectural gem and the addition of Christmas decorations makes it a winter wonderland. No charge for admission. Check out this holiday treat.

I coordinated a wedding here and the Crown Room is a stunning place for a reception -- you get a nearly 360 degree view of San Francisco and the Bay. Plus, the staff are really tip top, of course being the Fairmont, they have a reputation to uphold.

The christmas decor is up and wonderful. The staff are courteous and accommodations classy.

Excellent service, clean hotel. Great place for the Hashicorp Conference.

We were just walking through and enjoying the scenery but one of the employees was in a hurry and decided to give my friend and I some attitude when we wouldn't move out of the way fast enough.

Can be pricey, but it is a landmark hotel and a great place to visit.

Tonga bar was amazing. Great drinks and setting. Food was great too. Will visit again.

First class all the way. Plenty of things within walking distance

Service was great. The servers were quick and attentive. Drinks menu was on a tablet and somewhat annoying to navigate but we managed. The decor is fantastic. There was a pianist playing piano. Overall the atmosphere was calm and classy.

Only stopped by to check out the Christmas decoration with the biggest gingerbread house in the city. Lovely holiday activity for families and friends.

Very grand hotel comes with a lot of amenities.It's on top of a hill, so expect to get a great view of downtown SF.

Terrible canceled my reservation at the last minute very poor for five star could have at least comp for inconvenience

I didn't stay over night as a guest of this hotel but I stopped by to visit a friend. It was very nice and looked luxurious. I can't say it's worth the cost since I didn't spent any money here, but if money isn't an issue... Staying here could be really nice!
