Over all good to stay but for those who co-operate with ghosts because is haunted place I have stayed at tower 23 and many members feel this many times and in tower no. 11 some flats sealed by govt. Just because of this issue only but I enjoy a lot sprits are not evel the only thing is you please don't disturb them.

Infrastructure, location wise.. best place to live with high cost too.. rent is approx 50k month.

Neat and clean atmosphere, well maintained, good security and safety greenary is lots.
Great place. Very well maintained. All type of sports and fitness activities available. A small but well lit basket ball court, a lawn Tennis court, a gym, TT rooms and a swimming pool (not functioning currently) are there inside the society. Crowd is very decent and mostly upper middle class. Amazingly planned architecture which gives this place a kind of royal touch for East Delhi.

A high end residential complex mostly inhabited by upper class govt officials and rich citizens. Mosquito menace is one biggest drawback of this location. There is a dull morbid stench of decayed organic waste in the entire complex due to its vicinity to river Yamuna flowing next to the area.

Well maintained society with spacious flats. Society is in prime location. A proper maintained government stadium is vicinity. Complex is beautiful and has quite a lot space between the flats. Initially built for Commonwealth games athletes, now owned by various government and private owners. The location is also a plus point as it has a metro station, Akshardham, Ashram etc. nearby.
