ScS Sofas Reviews

We ordered some leather sofas in October of 2015 with a promised delivery date of 20th February 2016. On the 28th of Feb we were told they had been let down by their cover suppliers so it would be delayed by 4 weeks. Now we have been told the boat couldn't dock so the delay could be another possible 2 weeks but they are unsure. Weird because I was told the sofas had arrived the week before. No helpline for complaints you have to speak to your store, which is basically full of salesmen/women who will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Its now been 7 weeks overdue and they still don't know when we will be able to take delivery of the sofas. Not good.

Dire customer service from aftercare, 1 star too generous, wish I had gone elsewhere

Everything OK up to now, though I still have to receive delivery of the sofa i have purchased (November I'm told). We'll see how things pan out.

Recently ordered a bedroom carpet from the Sunderland store, a very good price with discounts for buying underlay!!

Came here on 19.2.20 I asked the man who worked there about disabled access to be spoken back to very abruptly that it's a 100 year old building so there was not much they could do about no access for wheelchairs any way the other slim guy was very helpful and kind he brought down carpet samples so we could pick and got the price down to a great offer very well spoken man and very helpful went to till where other very large guy was working with other customer now and to my horror he said to everyone why is people coming in to the shop now no 1 should be coming in now it should be quite well if that's who scs has representing them and greeting people no one will want to come here I couldn't believe he said it and clearly ment it as was very put out he had to do some work at half 4 the man who was dealing with us looked very uncomfortable that the big guy had just said that and sort of laughter it off I'm sorry scs this guy will cost you money and customers as I wouldn't want to be served by him !

Got excellent service from Keith the sales person went into great detail about my purchase left the store a very happy lady would definitely shop there again

The staff are very approachable and friendly. They give you time to look around and with their help to make a final decision. Carpets were delivered on time and fitted perfectly by Darren & ? both very pleasant and helpful. Suite was delivered today and at the time stated by John-M and Jay-C. very pleasant also and very helpful.
I would definitely recommend ScS Sunderland to my family and friends.

The staff at SCS in Sunderland were great. The thing I liked most was that we were allowed to look around the shop without being pestered, it wasn't the first shop we had been too and the previous shop assistant followed us and butted in our conversation making the experience uncomfortable but at Sunderland we were left alone to browse which was great. All covid safety measures were in place and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Went to buy a sofa for my grandad . He new what sofa he wanted the college helped up to pick the size and which extra we wanted . We havent received the sofa yet and there upto 12 weeks but we happy with that and my grandad cant wait for the recliner

Got my carpets fitted today and they have fitted the wrong colour in my bedroom. Complete imbeciles. How you can fit the wrong colour when the entire upstairs is the same colour is beyond me! I'm paying an absolute fortune for these carpets and they go and do this! Then they tell me that it will take three working days before they even looked at the pictures I have to send, then they'll order the carpets! Absolute joke! I'm fuming!

We were looked after by a young man called Reece. He was polite and professional and helped us find everything we were looking for.

Me and my sister went into the sunderland store to order our new sofas the service we received was fantastic from Reece white he was very friendly and efficient
