a very elegant and posh residential area. very quite and lovely place. well maintained garden and the security facility is good here. only disadvantage is that this place is very far from New Delhi.. or else it is a great location.

A high class society with great price. But still the location makes it worthy. Mostly very rich of govt. employee leaves here

The best place to stay in east delhi. Ample parking .lush green environment,great place for kids.

It is situated near to Akshardham temple. Good rooms and amenities are also good.

Apartment build for atheletes during common wealth games 2010. Now few apartment are sold for private peoples and fee are held with CPWD. Central government officers guest house is provided there. Single room AC accomodation s provided. Good for staying. There is cafeteria in apartment 23. But, it's costly n not that great. But can b utilised for room service. House keeping staffs were good. Only accessibility by public transport is difficult. Slightly remote area.

It's my favorite place where I spend most of time when I become free. You can play cricket other game here. it's a lovely places where I can recommend you to visit at least one time. Love this place for any times. So you can also go and enjoy some times out there if you have time.

Good apartments with excellent sporting amenities. Finding a cab may take long time due to its location.

CWGV was developed to conduct games on 2010. It was free Land of Govt (DDA). DDA entered in an agreement with builder EMAAR-MGF to construct luxurious apartments over the heart of the city & also a sports complex nearby. Sports complex was used for practice for players who were participant of 2010 Commonwealth Games & apartments were used for their stay. Total number of apartments constructed are 1168 compromising of all sizes ranging from 2BHK to 5BHK.

At present the private shares has been sold by builders to individual owners & govt shares have been handed over to them & they have further allotted to their employees as perquisite. Sports complex comprised of swimming pool, stadium, gym, etc currently have an membership passes & some inter school competition & mainly used for practice.

Commonwealth Games Village Apartment is the best place to live in Delhi just situated behind the Akshardham Temple, clean & green environment, nearby Yamuna bank & adjacent to NH-24.

Society complex is well maintained and is highly secured .

Amazing society to live in , nice place , nice ground , amazing services , nice girls too.

Good place but basic goods and services not easily accessible due to lack of neighborhood shopping.

Apart from being symbolic for the Sports extravaganza that India hosted, there is nothing special about this space. After few years from the CWG the actual picture is very different. The construction quality is pathetic with leakage, cracks and poor construction very much visible in the entire complex. This area seems to symbolize the scam with cheap quality fittings and materials used.

Well laid out apartments, constructed for delegates of CW games now hired by public sector companies.

After the commonwealth games in India, The CWG complex is opened for common public and is used as training centre for various sports activities.
The facilities includes Swimming, Badminton, Aerobic s, Martial Arts and verious other activities. The CWG complex is also used as venue for organising various sports activities.

The area is nice, tidy and clean but the people living nearby this area (I`m talking about the guards, police officers and other villagers). It`s better not to visit this area. These people have no presence of mind nor they have sense. Most of the times you will find them rebuke the visitors saying "This is a restricted area". The place is good for photo enthusiasts, but people will rebuke you for it too! so its better not to go where it reads the above message. Their behaviour has changed due to many little things which added up to make it severe to this extend, that they might even attack you for no reason.

Very neat , clean and beautiful apartments.

This is one of master piece built by Indian government. This is one plush society, very well.managed and away from chaotic traffic.

Residential complex ment for CWG sports person but now private and govt officials are living. Open space, ample parking and pollution free area.
