Good place to live within campus very isolated from everything shops , school , hospital , metro so may be painful for many

Well maintained society with spacious flats. Society is in prime location.

This is constructed for common wealth game players to stay there, it is good place

Beautifully designed campus with lot of in-house facilities. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a shopping complex even for daily needs.

Nice houses. Common wealth games village is a new construction. It was built around 10 years ago when the common wealth games took place. The prices are steep. A 2 bhk has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 drawing plus dining room and a servant's quarter along with a store room

Apartment is good, just "apartment" is good. Nothing else

Its a residential colony having three bedroom apartment. Very calm place.

Very good society for residential for family . All type of facilities available here 24 hour electricity ,water , parking,nearby schools and hospitals etc

Its now being utilized by Govt officials...can be termed as private city which has everything within its premises.

It is a nice and well nit community. I loved the built kids play area that has a nice grass bed and has a lot of options. The prices are very high but I guess it is to be expected from a place like this.

There are inside of highway road behind tha akshardham temple and made in open air area.. There are good environment and clean; green... There are huge area of park and parking also...

Here 8 stories apartments. For Central Govt officer have guest house in Tower No. 23.

Clean Rod, who does not have to run bike or scooty, can come here and learn comfortably.

A place away from traffic and calm environment everywhere.

Very few options available to commute to and from the apartment.

I guess more than half the apartments are empty. don't know what the real estate is on these flats, but I suppose they were built for athletes for the common wealth games. Even though they should be looking more grand, they don't. There's a tennis court. And the parking doesn't look all that impressive. Otherwise it's quite well maintained. The greenery and gardens look well watered. Just the buildings common areas aren't so great. Inside the flats look decent enough.

This village was originally built for the stay of the sportspersons coming to India during the Commonwealth Games. The place now accomodates government officials. The society campus is very clean and has all the facilities one might need around a house. There are several small shops for daily needs and playgrounds and parks for evening walks. The campus has a swimming pool, a club, a lawn tennis court, a basketball court along with various other arenas for sports activities. Some apartments offer a breathtaking view of the beautiful and magnificent Akshardham Temple.

Constructed at the time of common wealth games. Good amenities.

Outside landscaping is very good. Although parking basements indicated waterproofing problems.

In city like delhi, green society with Secruity and maintained club and apartments are very hardly to spot. This society is surrounded with tress and sparrow and parrot, also the Secruity is upto the mark.
