No reason (read their terms of sale, they specifically reserve the right to avoid giving reasons for anything.)

I ordered.
They quoted.
They stock checked.
They invoice me.
I have paid.
They cancel order (I paid for Windows 10 Pro they only willing to supply Windows Home as part of my laptop order).
They blame Dell (the supplier).
I point out I'm not buying from Dell and Windows 10 Pro can come with any laptop.
Instruct me that I will accept a refund.

I guess I should be honoured that I at least have been granted a reason.

They accuse me of blackmailing them and of having a sense of entitlement (second one probably true).
Then they release my personal address on public forum, my delivery address that I gave them to deliver my laptop. I assume I have an expectation of privacy.

I hope my banking details are safe?

I have sent through an enquiry resquesting a qoute and I have received communication informing me that the store is not operating due to lockdown regulations and they will open monday.

Great store! Friendly staff and very professional in terms of communication. Quick turnaround time as I only waited 24 hours for my purchase. Really pleased with this company and will definitely look to order from them again

Quick and Efficient Service. I ordered and payed for a motherboard on Wednesday and was able to pick it up the very next day. I had questions about the payment methods and delivery time and the email replies where quick.

A winner of an online store.

They have a vast selection of electronics and other products at reasonable prices. Most of the time they have the best prices on the market. Their turnaround from purchase to delivery is usually 2 to 3 days.

You can collect in person as well but they primarily operate online. There is no walk-in store

Hmmmm makes me wonder. I enquired today and received a quote promptly (Automated response I think). Then I replied with a stock availability request and nothing since. Not sure if I should proceed. What's the point of quoting on a product if it might not be available ? That's just wasting your time while you could be finding it elsewhere.

Thanks for the prompt response, that earned an additional star. Nothing in my junk mailbox, but to be fair business has not started for the day yet, so let's see......

Despite only email and online quote request options the service was excellent and replies prompt. We will definitely recommend them and use them in future.

I don't know what is happening with these guys. I ordered a USB wifi dongle, paid for it and opted to collect. Thereafter they weren't answering my calls and I don't even know when to collect the item. This is sub optimal service. At least they should communicate.

I have been buying from ComX online for 11 years now. I have never had any issues with them and have always enjoyed that personal service that online stores rarely provide.

Guys its worrying that the person doesn't answer any calls or questions when mailing them, however I took the gamble bought R5201 stuff and it was delivered same day as payment was received these people are 100% legit, still I cannot call and say thanks to Mr Tony Daykin, so let me take this opportunity. Thanks Tony, ill use you again and again keep up the good work.

In a cut throat business these guys have stood the test of time, prices are generally good, service good, not much more to be said. I've bought from them the first time in 2003 when they were operating out of Queenswood area and still use them every now and again.

I was worried when i didn't see any actual contact phone numbers, but was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient Tony Daykin was at getting the product i purchased from them to my door. Literally 3 days from payment to delivery... Communication was fast using email, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction... Thanks Tony, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Awesome bunch of people. Got my entire rig through them a couple of years ago. Suppliers may take a bit of time, but they're always on top of it.
