A nice and quiet hotel very close to the Holy Haram can walk for five minutes to reach the Haram

Palestine Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Makkah and Jamil

Good hotel but Internet and room key doesn't work well

It is a very nice hotel and they treat them very well. One of its advantages is that it is close to the sanctuary and has a buffet for lunch or dinner

This place adds to its popularity and is close to the Haram

Very attractive and affordable hotel. Little far from Haram but acceptable walking distance.

This is a budget hotel with quality service. Specially suitable for elderly people. One slight problem is distance from kaaba is comparatively higher. This hotel stands on main road so that people will not bother about transportation.

Palestine hotel is situated at Ibrahim Khalil road approx 350 meters South of Haram e Khaba. It's an economical standard hotel specifically for pilgrims of Holly place. It's usually fully booked for the visitors of the Haram and very much crowded in the Haj and Umerah season.

It has good facilities like elevator , for disable people,good cooperative staff,good and easy access to road and other basic necessities

A very bad hotel, the roads and the rooms have a carpet that smells musty, the Wi-Fi is very weak, the walls are not insulated and you cannot sleep because of the sounds from the street and neighboring rooms, it does not deserve one star

Honestly high quality hotel service over the excellent net strong breakfast and dinner five stars

I swear by God that I booked a day and I intended to complete the rest of my days as I could .. The rooms smell of mothballs and the furniture is once old and the price is high We could not sleep from the chest and nose and the muffling of the rooms and what was in the season means what is in its crowd at that time .. I do not advise anyone to stay in it with advice God only

Rooms are not cleaned. There is carpet which smell all the time. No internet in the room. we call for room service and got answet tommorow it will be done
and that tommorow never come

This hotel is beautiful and wonderful and offers a very excellent service .. The staff is very sophisticated and the restaurant is excellent and features spacious and comfortable lobby sessions and offers free Wi-Fi for guests .. I enjoyed and my family to stay in .. It features several wide elevators

Medium standard rooms that need to be renovated and maintained

A very clean, tidy and beautiful hotel with cheap rates, excellent facilities, and close to the Holy Haram. Only there is no hot water in the bathroom

Palestine hotel is located at the heart of Makkah. The holy Kaba is just a few minutes away ( around 900 meter) away from The holy masjid. Is is just beside the Misfalah Bridge. Everything necessaries are available around this hotel like, food, medicine etc

Don't be deceived by the cheap rates, the hotel is out dated with solace facilities

It had become so traditional with low level of facilities.
Most services have been vanished.
The rooms are so small.
