Stayed in 1bhk apartments here, it was clean and spacious... Only bathroom was cramped... But overall nice experience..

The treatment of the hotel staff is good. The hotel is clean and tidy but I requested a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. In addition, the hotel has no sound insulation. All sounds are heard inside the room.

Very simple hotel. Maybe you can not expect more for the money. We only booked it for about 4 hours until our departure at 2.35am. That's enough. Good is that there are many restaurants nearby.

Excellent furnished apartments. The area is excellent and there are all services. There is a mosque, supermarket nearby and several laundries. The staff are respectable and do not be unprofessional. When requesting cover, an extra bed is charged.

The room was not clean, insect in the toilet, kettle smells bad, u need to request towels and cleaning, noisy as there is construction work next door, slow internet, receptionist was rude and disrespectful, hotel manager is the worst when it comes to customer services. Instead of resolving the issue with the bad attitude of his staff he started shouting and defending. Not recommended at all and find somewhere else even if u pay more. Poor customer services and they deserve 0 star. Hotel grime and covers cause itching in the body and there are insects in the toilets and kettle smell rotten and you are required to call every time you ask for cleaning of the room and change of towels. Not to mention that the receptionist in the day is very rude and a little polite and the manager of the hotel is more rude and less Omani, and this is the first Omani I see bad behavior, complaining to him and instead of solving the problem he starts yelling, defending his employees and denying customers. the rooms are large but the soundproofing is not good. A cigarette smell persists day and night in the corridors and bedrooms. The restaurant service is very long while it is indicated a delivery in the rooms in about 20 minutes.
