I waited for over an hour to be served even though...

I waited for over an hour to be served even though I had asked two different sales assistants for help. I then ordered the item on line for store pick up and it took approximately ten minutes! Wish I had thought of this earlier. The sales assistant who took my money was very nice and sympathetic and agreed that it was not good business.
