Good products with competitive pricing but their service needs improvement.
Great calendars poor service. Not too sure where to start. My sales person relentlessly calls me from July to October for my calendars even though I ask to call me in October. This happens every year.
I have used this company for many years, ordering promotional calendars for my customers. I concur with many of the reviews here, that they keep pushing sales calls when I have told them I'm not interested in being solicited, and that I will call them when I'm ready to order. Also, I'm writing here primarily because their calendar pictures are deteriorating in quality, and I told them that over the phone last year, but this year they're the same... Meaning that the images are doctored to the point of looking plastic or fake, not natural, and the natural beauty is why I bought them in the first place!
This company engages in phone solicitation - a practice which I cannot stand as it wastes so much of my time. When we respectfully asked them to remove us from their list, they gave quite an attitude and hung up on us. Very unprofessional for someone who intruded upon my work day.
I received a phone call from a COMDA Customer Service rep due to the bad review I gave (below). I appreciate the phone call and the apology from their end and I was assured that next time, I would only deal with one customer service rep, and that they would be efficient in the processing of our orders. I appreciate the follow-up and hope you can change my opinion next time we place an order. Looking forward to getting great customer service next time and reviewing your company again with a better review. Previous Review: Worst customer service experience If you love feeling like a number, not a customer, go with COMDA. Our account manager was very helpful but getting the simplest artwork done seemed very difficult of a task for this company. I even sent a customer complaint email, hoping they could resolve the issue and not leave me wanting to post a terrible review for them but unfortunately, all they did is ignore the complaint. I never got an email nor a phone call from their customer service, as promised by the account manager, but I did continue to receive the wrong proofs for artwork files. What should've been a 15 minute process, of confirming the artwork and processing the calendars, took about a month.
Val Calagus was very helpful and patient with taking my order. Unfortunately, even after altering the proof a couple different times, my name was still spelled wrong, and the website address was wrong.
The calendar you are associated with is an old retread and needs updating with more Canadian dates. Remove American presidents, King Jr. Add Sir John A.'s birthday, maybe Laurier's, and include other famed Canadians. You have even left off Muslim 'Christmas' -- Ramadan. That's a rascist omission, or looks it. Be Canadian -- inclusively multicultural and multinational. JASA
