Good company for freshers if u dont care about salary.

it's been 6 months i've got the 22 E pro but this guys don't find time to complete the installation

Very unexpected situation has raised very DISSAPPOINTING and POOR response ...as many had told about their approach and behaviour at the time of instalment is different and then their behaviour during providing service is different YES even m facing the same problem VERY BAD RESPONSE .when we had installed this software for more than 10 of our clients YOU PROMISED US for good GST FILLING SERVICES and easy approach and then NOW SUDDENLY YOU ARE ASKING US TO PAY FOR GSTR1 FILING ...IS IT FAIR ON YOUR PART....?WE ARE VERY DISSAPPOINTED AND UPSET ...WE TOOK WINGS OVER TALLY ...AND THIS IS WHAT U R DOING NOW...WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY NOW FOR GSTR1 FORM FILING ,WHILE NO OTHER SOFTWARE COMPANY'S ARE CHARGING FOR IT.......
SIR IT WOULD BE GOOD IF YOU COULD LISTEN TO OUR REQUEST AND AND UNLOCK THE FORM....

Software is good, service is worst, state branch manager giving online support. Out of 40 customer, I suggest to take another, because no response from company support.

Really very bad Service..they stay in touch only till you buy their product...after that only show up if you are availing any of their paid services...barely respond to any complains or any issues with their software..the software is completely outdated and obsolete...please don't buy it...or other wise at least check other softwares in the market...and no return policy ..
The sales team dhawal and baburao only respond till you buy their product...and technical support has praveen who'll stall you for weeks and never show up...

VERY VERY WORST SERVICE!!! even they charge for reinstall the wings software in case of OS crash/PC corrupt.. Actually i am using this software for 3 years and running small medium scale business in south tamil nadu. we are using very very minimal options in the software and still its not working what customer requires.. waste of money. i will not recommend to use this wings software in your business.. VERY DISAPPOINTING and VERY FRUSTRATION. Especially branch manager and support team behavior is WORST :(

We are using this software since 2012.But now we want to stop using . As they are after sales support is disgusting and behaviour is not professional. They are charges vary from one customer to the other. And they sale with one commitment but never fulfils ...Please be aware

Absolutely no response and the whole team is a big bluff. Please beware....

Iam giving 1star as there is no option of giving negative stars. If that option is available, they should get a score of negative 10. All cheaters. They make very sweet promises at the time of selling but never keep up their promises. They dont care the customers. They made us to spend about 2 lacs for the product and hardware and stopped attending the concerns. Basic features works fine but any specific feature we ask, they do not care. The features are available even for 15-20k in the market. All cheaters.

very sorry to know about the wings pay . we bought software in 2017 for GSt, prior to that we have been using wings from 2012.
we are being asked to pay annual maintenance or annual subscription for a sum of 5000+tax yearly, but while purchasing before GST we were told that it will be one time software purchase .you are misguiding the clients and customers , you should have told earlier before package purchase, suddenly after one and half year you have suddenly locked GSTR1 excel utility and asking for AMC , this is not good on your part and suddenly you can't demand for AMC it is customer will and option to opt for AMC , i request you to please unlock Excel utility GSTR1.

The worst Service in the World. Just to contact them, you should try their 3 lines for at least 4, 5 hours , Answer from Reception is un tollarable . as we have paid amount, we have to continue.
