I received a phone call from a COMDA Customer Service rep due to the bad review I gave (below). I appreciate the phone call and the apology from their end and I was assured that next time, I would only deal with one customer service rep, and that they would be efficient in the processing of our orders. I appreciate the follow-up and hope you can change my opinion next time we place an order. Looking forward to getting great customer service next time and reviewing your company again with a better review.

If you love feeling like a number, not a customer, go with COMDA. Our account manager was very helpful but getting the simplest artwork done seemed very difficult of a task for this company. I even sent a customer complaint email, hoping they could resolve the issue and not leave me wanting to post a terrible review for them but unfortunately, all they did is ignore the complaint. I never got an email nor a phone call from their customer service, as promised by the account manager, but I did continue to receive the wrong proofs for artwork files.

What should've been a 15 minute process, of confirming the artwork and processing the calendars, took about a month.
