This is the worst app i have ever seen.Being startup they don't how to deal with customers.There is no proper customer service and customer care number.from 1 week am trying to contact customer care regarding my order.I placed an tshirt and shoes it should get delivered on 09-11-2018. This is the worst app I have ever seen. Atleast the other apps stay at what they promise. Thr sale which came on 20th was fake. I was not even able to place a single order during that sale and just after that everything became fine... I will suggest you guys please don't rely on this app

The best of waste portal Fynd I have ever used. Will never recommend this to anyone. Just waste of time of innocent people this portal is doing. The offer is going on 20 oct 2018 in this portal just wasted 2 days of mine. Fynd unable to serve us during this campaign and lot of user faced the system down error. Bhai Fynd, tumse na ho payega. Band karo dukaan, gaon jao or bhains charao.

I like Fynd app since it gives local stores business, unlike others. I ordered a basics Jeans with 50% discount + fynd cash redemption, so I got my Jeans worth 2.5k in 700. The product shipped from Tiruvilla, and it was authentic.

I ve ordered for a lancer shoe and three hubberholme bomber jackets on 16th sept 18 which had stripes on neck and wrist, but I received some other products from same brand which looked very odd and completely different from image. Then I tried to place return from Fynd app, but unable to do and it said the product could not be returned. I kept trying for many days from there, but couldn t. I sent text messages in chat support and they disappeared after few minutes. I raised concerns and gave feedbacks, which didn t do anything. Then i mailed Fynd care which raised ticket. Again there was no response from them. For few days I lost hope and 1500/- on them and thought it s a fraud app. Then thank god after 15 days I received an sms regarding the return pick up. Retun wa picked up on 27th sept 18, still it is in transit. Now I m scared whether I receive refund. So guys be very careful. I ll keep u posted after receiving the refund.

I placed an order on maha sale ,my money got deducted from my bank and ''order was successful placed '' like this I got a popup after placing an order. But it's not showing in active orders all my frds getting orders delivered mine was not visible in my orders.

While initially hesitant I made an ordered and to my surprise it was delivered next day itself. I was happy with the order and the fact that the orders are straight from the brand stores (unlike Myntra, Amazon etc) makes me want to order again from here.

They hike prices before sale and then give sale. Overall worst app with worst political marketing and better not recommend this type of app which is not capable to handle millions of users.

Please do not buy any products through Fynd. If for some reason you cancel the order OR return the product due to incorrect size, colour, descrption they will not refund your money. They will keep ignoring or will send nonsensical replies over the email just to avoid paying you. Also they have discontinued their phone number so there is absolutely no chance that you can communicate with them. Instead stick to the trusted websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Jabong, Myntra etc.. who are answerable and accountable.
Poor company to work for. Spends hours interviewing a candidate and then says you are not selected. Joking!

BE ALERT ! Have poor/cheated/fraud experience more than two times more than 21+ days refund not initiated wrong commitment. Wrong faulty products delivery. India please be alert making fool to Indian kind consumers. Even call center customer care number not reachable. Customer email support team not responding the emails either. I ordered a pair of t shirts and 2 jeans with them on28 November but till now I have not received my both jeans except for the t shirts I have paid rs1568 for this order but they don't care to reply nor to SMS not to mail as they don't care much if they could they would have replied but no it is not the case nothing is updated I got awb number in which 2 time they have called back the parcel which was in transit not even getting reply where is my order and their founders come to our office for investment I will take this complain to my Superior and tell to them not to trust such guys with money who knows even it will too disappear someday.
Don't trust such apps who don't have customers care numbers credibility and liability towards their customers and clients.
