Just heard of this company for the first time. Received a magazine of what they have to offer, but I am skeptical to contact them due the reviews. Yikes ...I need something within the next month and I will be really annoyed if they give me the run around. I have to think about this one.

Customer Service was friendly and helpful unlike time in the past where the CSR was pushy and did not listen to my requests.
