To big of a place. You pay huge bucks for tickets that are not even that great and for parking unless you want to walk a mile to get there. Way over priced. And the price of drinks is absurd. Stick with your smaller venues.

Easily the best outdoor venue in the state, possibly the best large venue overall. It's always a phenomenal experience even back on the lawn, as the sound projection is ideal and the large screens give you a great closeup view of the action, with dynamic live camera angles. It's all the fun of the GA pit without the crowding! I've often had a better time here than I have at big venues in nearby states, like the House of Blues in Boston.

Country shows are hard to beat. . Anyway. Parking is a little pricey to be in the mix of things but over all great atmosphere. A mix of people was surprised it was kinda slow . But the grounds were clean will attend more offen

Excellent place to see a concert. They allow outside food or drink inside but there are plenty of choices if you don't bring your own as well! The concert was amazing. My only complaint is that the parking lot is about a mile away from the venue

My wife and I missed a bucket list concert last night and will NEVER BUY TICKETS AGAIN for this place. In total awe, it took 2.5 hours to travel from East Hartford to your venue. Then we get turned away because there's no parking, then there's no parking for miles. Absolutely amazed this place is still operating.

We purchased 4 lawn tix for $309.00. The venue was totally overcrowded and it was standing room only. The music was not loud enough to hear. There are no speakers in the back of the venue. The acoustics were so bad it wasn't worth going. This is the last time I'll go to that venue. Don't waste your money. A Total disappointment! And blatant ripoff. Oh and although there was free parking it was full! Expect to pay anywhere from $20 to $60 for parking.

We have purchased mega tickets the past few years. We will NEVER purchase then again. No handicap parking near venue. They say it's handicapped however they fill it with tailgaters. Handicapped people are sent about 1/4 mile away and have to hobble/wheelchair in while perfectly healthy people party right next to building. Getting to Xfinity is a joke. I don't know what they police are doing closing roads and backing up traffic for miles. Crazy! Concerts have become two or three good shows and two that you don't want to see. Then they add country shows but these are not on the ticket. Who wants to see Lady A when I could have seen Sam Hunt? Or Zac Brown? Seriously!! We will pay to go to casino for shows we really want to see and be able to park close.

Was there for FarmAid. Although staff was friendly the venue was a bit over sold so the wait for bathrooms and beverages was entirely too long. Spent a good portion of the festival in line for the bathroom with no view of stage.

I went there for the Jason Alden I love the event but I'm disgusted with the way they handle the drinking all they cared about was selling drinks very little food booth and if some of these people weren't drunk enough from there tailgating these people were just serving people left and right with no regard that some of these people could hardly stand and I was video taping some of this it was crazy cause they didn't check Id on them .in trying to enjoy the show I was pushed drinks were spilled on me and my friend I went with we were hit with crushed beer cans and no one did anything at one point one employee was standing right there .I sent a email telling them how I felt and I got no response I ended up spending money for a concert I had to leave early out of fear for are safety and this place could care less I missed out on a show I so waited for I spent a lot of money I was assaulted and there staff was told then and did nothing .I wrote a email and got nothing It goes to show you they don't care about you just your money unhappy doesn't even cover it .

The handicap accessibility is awesome! There are plenty of stands to buy drinks and food. I was pleased to see a purse/phone/cup holder in the women's bathroom. That really says a lot for how this venue feels about women's safety. Round of applause!!!

I went here for Warped Tour, which is a unique sort of event in how it's configured, so aspects of this review may not apply to the typical concerts hosted here. Getting to this venue was a disaster. There are seemingly only two ways to approach from the highway, and one shared road from which to enter the venue. This lead to awful traffic backups in which the last mile or two of the trip took 45-60 minutes or more. Furthermore, we had to park in what may have been a municipal lot and then had to walk 0.5-1.0 miles from the car up the street to the venue. Once inside, cheap beer would cost about $18. No thank you. Thankfully, there were third-party food truck vendors present, which meant that the food and non-alcoholic beverage options were more reasonably priced and of a higher quality than would normally be available at a venue. I don't think I would ever come back here unless they hosted a show that I absolutely had to see. It was only my second or third amphitheater experience in general (first time at this particular one), so I don't have a good basis of comparison. For all I know, all amphitheaters are this bad and this one could be better than others, so take my review with a grain of salt.

Absolutely love this place! I've never been here before and was happy to see the plethora of food and drinks available. I went to other concerts at other venues and they had hardly anything. They even have free water refill stations. Very clean indoor bathroom. Clean lawn area. Very nice employees. They had a huge free parking lot, which was nice. Thanks!

Terrible parking, including how the police deal with everyone leaving. Unorganized and chaotic, dangerous even. The large screens that show the stage to the crowds in the lawn haven't been updated in twenty years, as well as the house sound system. One of the main monitor screens is broken and shows half a screen of the main stage and the other half is blue and static. The resolution of the screens is that of a potato. The lawn is absolutely filthy because the venue doesn't have any trash receptacles, so everyone on the lawn is forced to leave their garbage right where they sit or stand. Its a shame because the Meadows as it used to be called was a great venue now its akin to the rest of Hartford and its saddening. Run down, outdated, dirty, and dangerous. Don't waste your money.

My go-to concert venue, I'm probably here once a month for a show or event. The facility is clean, the people are friendly and the music that comes through is always amazing! Also it's always an added bonus when the grilled cheese truck rolls through!

First time to Xfinity Theatre, was very impressed with everything. Great seats (saw G-Eazy), clean bathrooms & grounds. The only thing was that the food & drinks pricing was a little on the high $ side. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience there.

The venues company that the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford CT goes throught for tickets is horriable! I ordered a parking pass to a concert for VIP parking because I just had surgery on my ankle and am unable to walk long distances. When I ordered the VIP parking pass I was under the impression that I would receive the ticket with ample time to park and tailgate, just the oppisit happened. I was sent an email from the third party vendor stating I would be be able to pick up my VIP parking pass an hour before the concert started and I would have to pick it up at will call...Yeah....That means I would have to park walk to will call walk back to my car then I would be able to park in my 60 dollar VIP parking.

I then called the company to cancel my transatoin and after an hour long very rude phone call I was able to cancle the transation. I am going to go and put in a formal compaint to the BBB as well as another complaint to the Xfinity Theatre. So please be CAREFULL using the third party vendor to buy tickets......

The Heart, Sheryl Crow, Elle King, show was great. The Xfinity's handling of traffic while getting in and parking is horrible. When leaving if you need to use a bathroom they send everyone to the same spot which becomes so much fun.

Great venue to see a show. Awesome sight lines from the lawn and the sound was above average out there as well. Security in and out wasn't bad. They also let the lot scene happen for shows without policing things too much.

Pretty cool venue, lawn seats pretty far away, otherwise all other seats have decent views. If you are willing to walk about .75 miles parking is free. It is not too far off of exit 50 on (84) making it easy off easy on for return trip. Crowd was well behaved.

My only reason for giving 4 stars is the 1.5 mile walk after the concert to get to my UBER. The traffic was TERRIBLE and the cops had so many streets blocked, there was no way for UBER/LYFT to get in. I'll avoid this venue for that reason. Very disappointing after such a great concert.

Great venue for a live concert. Parking can be a little challenging if you don't get the VIP parking pass. Lots of food options inside. Place is huge, I was told the lawn area can seat 20,000. Very friendly staff.

RUN AWAY! Corporate greed at it's finest. Funnel you into $50 parking. Reviews that are positive from folks who coughed up the $$$ to get the amenities that should be included. Bringing the family? Don't forget the backpack full of cash. Support the local business music venues instead of Live Nation !
